Randy welcomed me and made APPOINTMENTS to take care of both of my cars, 1st one @ 9 am and the 2nd one immediately following, since I would be waiting. I arrived a few minutes early along with 3 others, shortly after 9 am the doors were opened and my 1st car was taken back and was the oil change and tire rotation was completed @ 10:15 with my 2nd car on the property @ 10:25. Around 11 am after 2 walk in customers car car were in the shop, I inquired about my 2nd car and at that time was informed that he failed to make the 2nd appointment, he had a skeleton crew and that it would be another hour before he could accommodate me.
