Extremely dishonest and apathetic staff…read more I went in for an oil change and was told the amount. it was double anything I had ever paid for an oil change for one. I was there though and didn't want to waste time going somewhere else. Then it took over an hour with no updates align the way or apologies about wait time. I was told it would be an in-and-out situation. When I was finally called up to check out and pay, I was told the total was way more than what I was originally told by the person checking me in. After asking for the cost breakdown, and specifically asking about the difference in what I was told versus what I was being asked to pay, I was met with total apathy. I wish the person had just said, "I don't care." but the attitude and communication was saying that for him. But this last part takes the cake. It was an oil change good for 7,000 miles. when I got in the car, the sticker that tells you when you are supposed to get your next oil change said, "Next Oil Change: Oil Change Indicator." So at this point in the experience I knew I should check. Sure enough, the oil change indicator was set to alert at 5,000 miles-- not 7,000. I would not recommend to anyone who appreciates working with honest people. This is my first-ever review if that tells you how much this frustrated me.

**Extremely Disappointed and, Quite Honestly, Terrified**…read more I originally purchased my tires from Bulldog Tire Shop in April 2026. I returned in late May for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine when I left, but shortly afterward, I began hearing a noise coming from around my tires. I was also informed that one of the lug nuts/bolts had been stripped and that Bulldog would order a replacement. What makes this even more frustrating is that **I was not informed about the stripped lug nut/bolt before leaving Bulldog.** I only became aware of the issue after noticing the noise and questioning it. I drove it again before I left, and the noise went away... temporarily! While I was on I-75, the noise came back and this time it was much worse. It became increasingly concerning and honestly scared everyone in my vehicle. I was so worried about what was happening that I had to get off the interstate and find the nearest tire shop. **Thank God for Mavis Tires.** When I arrived at Mavis, they inspected my vehicle and discovered that **ALL of the lug nuts/bolts on the driver's side were completely loose.** I mean ALL of them. They were so loose that I could remove them myself **without any tools.** At that moment, it hit me just how close I could have been to losing my life and potentially the lives of my passengers or someone else on the highway. This was not a minor inconvenience. **This was a serious safety issue that could have had a catastrophic outcome.** When I returned to Bulldog to pick up the replacement, the manager's response was simply, **"I'm sorry."** That was essentially it. After something this serious something that could have resulted in me or someone else losing their life I expected much more than an apology. I expected accountability, an explanation of how this happened, and some reassurance that steps would be taken to make sure it never happens to another customer. I now have a brand-new set of tires with a warranty, yet I **do not feel comfortable allowing anyone at this location to touch my tires or my vehicle again.** That is extremely disappointing because I should be able to trust the shop that installed my tires to ensure they are properly secured and that my vehicle is safe before sending me back onto the road. I don't know if this was a training issue, a lack of proper inspection, improper installation, or something else, but **something needs to change.** A mistake involving improperly secured wheels isn't something that should be taken lightly. I am grateful that I heard the noise, trusted my instincts, and found another tire shop before something happened on the interstate. **I could have lost my life. Literally.** Unfortunately, based on my experience, **I cannot recommend Bulldog Tire Shop to anyone.** If you have had work done here, I strongly encourage you to have your lug nuts and wheels checked by another qualified professional. **Buyers beware. Your safety is too important to leave to chance.**

Most vehicles. Not valid with any other offers.". I then called the shop directly, and mentioned that I had a coupon, and I also told them the year make and model of my vehicle to make absolutely certain that the coupon would be valid for me, and in his exact words the gentleman on the phone told me that nothing about my car would affect the validity of the coupon. When I arrived and offered the coupon to the gentleman in the front, I was told that because my vehicle takes full synthetic oil that the coupon would not be valid at first I shrugged and figured I might not have read it completely. well I decided to re-read the coupon And mention to him that nowhere on the coupon does it say anything about conventional or full synthetic oil. So I asked my wife to send me a picture of the coupon book and it also said absolutely nothing about oil type requirements there either. It's important to note that I drive a very basic Toyota car nothing fancy so when he then told me that they could do an oil change for $94 which is more than I have ever paid for an oil change in my life, I immediately walked out. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but I think it does speak to the quality of either their character or their writing comprehension.
