I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. Last week Thursday I made the appointment for warranty replacement due to stress fractures on the glue line that have now spread like crazy. They canceled it. I rescheduled it as a non warranty appointment and they canceled it again. So this time I try calling but guess what it gets sent to some distant IT center in India. With zero way of talking to someone in the store. So I just say screw it and pay the $600 something out of pocket ahead of time. It wasn't canceled BUT they scheduled me for Friday The next day... Something felt wrong so I called again and waited forever to speak to someone. They said my glass wouldn't even arrive to the store until Saturday. So they rescheduled me to today Tuesday the 7th. For 7am. Weird part is I got a text saying my service for the 7th was started and completed in less than a minute. On Friday (if your lost Friday is not Tuesday the 7th)... so I call again and they assure me nothing is wrong. But when I called the line the automated system said I don't have an appointment associated with my phone number. Anyway I get here at 6:50am and guess what... they don't open till 8am. So I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting past my appointment time after I just drove 30 minutes at the crack of dawn for this. And it's going to interfere with work. So regardless of if they replace my glass perfectly and there are zero issues, which from all the terrible reviews seems unlikely, this will still have been a terrible multi day experience. Never using this company again I'd rather have Chris fix show me how to do it in my driveway. EDIT: I walk in at 7:53 the lights didn't come on in the lobby nor was the door unlocked until about 7:30. I walk in and they said they saw me in my car outside waiting and no one thought o come get me. Then told me they were not able to do my glass unless I left it with them. I'm 45 minutes away from home roughly. Dude straight up lied to my face and said they unlocked the door at 7. I walked up at 6:50, 7, 7:10, and 7:20 trying to enter. So lying employees, terrible scheduling, canceling warranty appointments so they don't lose money and very much overpriced to begin with. This place can fall off a cliff and society would be a better place for it. UPDATE: April 19th my 3-5 business days refund never came so I had to dispute with navy federal. I hate this company with a fiery passion. I've never disputed a charge in my life. But lord this was so fun to do.

They explained they had received a "bad batch" of windshields for my vehicle. I couldn't drive my car for the whole time because multiple safety warning lights came on due to the faulty windshield. I returned the following week and again waited three hours. Everything appeared fine when I left, but when it rained, my rain-sensing wipers stopped working and multiple safety warning lights came on across my dashboard. I immediately called Safelite and was told a manager would contact me the next day. I still haven't heard from anyone. In the meantime, I'm unable to safely drive my car. I paid almost $800 for this repair, and for my vehicle to now be undrivable (twice) is completely unacceptable. I trusted Safelite based on their reputation and advertising, and I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. My experience has been frustrating and stressful. I hope they address this issue promptly and improve their quality control and customer service.

The booking process was easy, I paid my $50 deposit, and was scheduled the very next day. Nick called me when he was on the way and was there in about 25 min. He was fast, it took him about 45 mins to finish my replacement. Here's where things got tricky. Nick charged me full price. I had to call to be refunded my deposit. So the day after installation I noticed my Bluetooth microphone was not working in my car. I called Nick to see if he did something to it, which he stated "oh yea, I might have cut your mic wire. I meant to tell you yesterday." Not only did he cut my mic wires, he connected it to the window and stuffed the cord in the side panel, trying to cover up his mistake. He then goes on to tell me since I had an aftermarket radio he's not responsible for the damage. But that's not all. Nick popped out my side panels and did not fix them, the installation work is supper sloppy, and today when I took the tape off, part of the sealant came off. I'm absolutely disgusted in the manner my car was left. and to take no accountability for it is insane. I have 3 and 1 being a newborn, and with winter weather coming, we're now stuck worrying about cold drafts and protection while they move on to other jobs. I tried giving them additional chances--Tuesday and again today--and they attempted to delay it again. Our electricity bills are climbing through the roof because the home isn't properly sealed. **1 star** for constant delays, not completing the service, and refusing to refund the money so we can hire another company that's properly equipped to finish the job.
