This was probably one of the cleanest tire shops I've ever been in which is nice. I don't typically go to car places by myself as I am a woman and often feel like they try to upcharge me because of it. However, I felt extremely comfortable and everyone was so helpful when it came to helping me with my car. I did spend a pretty penny, but the price compared to even a walmart and the service is better with better benefits and warranty, so I would be willing to do that all the time. I purchase 4 new tires, I was given an alignment and they filled my spare tire with air. My only con is that my tire light turned back on after I drove away, but that may totally be a sensor issue with my car.

The dozen or so dealerships/shops I talked to, before finding Jim's, either didn't have a rack big enough for the truck or couldn't align it due to the "fix". He called his family mechanic who came back and could visibly see that the rims they had installed were more than a 1/4" too large and because of that, they had completely annihilated my friend's brake system and all the work that was just done. When he went back to this place to complain, they actually tried to put it off on the mechanic even though my friend and I both know that the brake job was on point and refused to take any responsibility for the situation, as if the fact that they didn't even know what size rims to put on a vehicle in the first place wasn't the issue!! My friend could have been seriously injured or even died directly from what this company did to his car! DON'T GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE I guess. In July of 2025 I went into the store to purchase tires and have them installed. The tires were…read moreinstalled but I could not see how this was done. I assumed that the wheels were manually put on and then the drill was used to be sure they were tight. I later understood that the wheels were drilled on. This caused the entire wheel to brake off my care and roll down the road behind me. I had to call for a tow and when I arrived at Firestone I learned that the wheels were drilled on. RNR has refused to fix me car even after I spoke to "Tyler" who told me that this problem will be fixed. I have now been without a care for 3 weeks. I will never purchase anything from RNR again.
