Car seems to be back to normal but it's so hard to rate the service because of the rude lady helping at the counter. Not sure if it was because she doesn't like working on weekends or whatever her issue was, but her attitude was very unpleasant from the time I dropped off my vehicle and picked it up. Sucks because they were so close and I needed brakes, but I'm not comfortable spending $400 plus where I don't feel welcomed to return if other issues arise.

I would not recommend visiting this location at any time. Mechanics wonder why they get a bad wrap for poor service and quality, this only futhers that skepticism for me.

Our vehicle was towed to Earls Quality Car Care on New Years Eve on Friday evening. Nothing was going to be open until the following Monday. I contacted Earls first thing Monday and was told by Joel they would do everything possible to get us back on the road that day. Not only did he make the prompt repairs needed but he also contacted my repair shop in Michigan that replaced my front brakes a few weeks ago. The part they used was defective and he was able to get this covered under warranty. This is a great example of awesome customer service and an honest repair of my vehicle. They could have easily just done the repair and not be bothered with following up with the shop in Michigan. This is way above what many business would do and what it means by Southern hospitality. Joel made sure I was contacted through out the process and was able to get us back on the road as promised. Thank you Joel for allowing this retired couple to feel confident in the entire process and be able to enjoy the trip.

They don't do multi point inspections which means they aren't looking over the car to make sure…read moreeverything is ok. They also don't keep any records so when you go back to them after you've asked and paid for them to rotate your tires twice and they didn't do it, causing your new tires to wear out prematurely, they can tell you "not gonna happen." That's exactly what happened to me when I asked them to pay for the replacement tires Since I paid them not to do their job twice and now have to eat the cost of new tires. Shady business practice.
