Very diligent staff. I'll be going there as long as I'm here in Pittsburgh.

But that particular visit resulted with me not getting my brakes changed that day because they were honest enough to let me know that my brake pads were still good. I appreciate honesty and integrity which made it easier for me to return today and allow them to service my vehicle. I got the truck back and the front end had so much positive camber you could visibly see it. When confronted they refused to rectify the alignment issue insisting that they aligned it while also agreeing that the camber was never adjusted, they never attempted to adjust, and also acknowledged that it could be brought into spec. They realigned the vehicle and charged me another $155 to do so which was more than the original alignment. The charge is for "adjust caster and camber for alignment". This work was literally spraying penetrating oil on the upper control arm nuts and loosening them. Jim was rude and vulgar while dealing with the issue. Buyer beware. They charge for work not performed then charge more to complete work already paid for

After having a nightmare experience with Sams Club where I ordered 4 new tires for installation and they told me they could only put two of them on because they stripped the lug nuts so badly that they would have to cut them off and it would cost me an extra $60 I told them to return the tires and demanded my full refund. The smartest movie I made was going to Highland Tire where they were able to give me a better set of tires for an even cheaper price than Sams, they also had no problem removing the lug nuts and I was in and out within 40 mins tops. These guys know how to treat their customers, they are very genuine and I have never had a bad experience in dealing with them after all the years I have gone to them. Lesson learned-stay away from the morons that work at Sams/Sears and stick with the professionals here.
