They were so very polite and did their best to help us, if our tire hadn't been ruined in our effort to get to a safe location we would have been fixed up in no time with Kratzer's help. Unfortunately they didn't have the exact sized tire we needed in stock, but gave us directions to a tire store a couple exits down the highway who would be able to help us out. They were fast, polite and extremely helpful. I recommend anyone who needs a tire repair stop by and see them before you go anywhere else!

Because of that experience, I decided to bring the truck back a few days later for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. What should have been a routine service turned into a difficult diagnosis when the truck wouldn't restart. Instead of calling it quits, the team stayed two hours after closing to track down the problem. They found a cracked fuel heater that was allowing air into the fuel system, had the part in stock, replaced it, and got me back on the road. Even after all that extra time, they didn't hit me with an outrageous bill. Honest, knowledgeable, and they stand behind their work. They also offer a military discount. It's hard to find shops like this anymore, and they've earned my business. Highly recommend.

My family and I were driving from Austin Texas to Denham Springs Louisiana. When we got a Flat tire…read moreon the HWY 10. It was about 3:40 pm on Friday. A police officer stopped to check on us and wanted to know if we needed any recommendations on where to to get a new tire? He told us the next exit would have 4 places for us to choose from. So I jumped on Yelp and found Jennings Tire Center. By the time we got there is was 4:05 pm and they closed at 5pm. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Even as I was stressed to the max and about to have a heart attack because of the detour and car repairs needed. The to add to my stress when I went to pay my card was declined. Seriously this was starting to be the road trip to hell. Thankfully the woman behind the counter explained to me that because I wasn't from the state or that are the blank put a temporary hold on my account all I had to do was call and they would lift it. This staff was so sweet and kind. Here I am freaking out and the woman behind the counter was so kind, calm and attentive. We were able to leave by 445pm and be back on the road and my checking account was ok again! Thank you to the STAFF here you are all WONDERFUL

It's interesting reading the other reviews of Jennings Tire Center because this was not the same experience I had. Looks like Brian and his family(review down below) got great service. On June 10th I'm headed west for vaca and get a flat. I am out of town, hours from home, female alone with a flat tire near closing time. Can you feel the panic you would have or maybe for your mother, sister, daughter, friend. I entered the center at 440pm- I know this by a panic of texts to family to help me find the nearest town and tire place. My tire slowly losing air maintaining if I don't stop. I go in and two females are inside, one young and the other older. I was told they did NOT HAVE TIME to help. There was no one in the parking lot or inside. I recall one vehicle in the shop area and people standing around it. They couldn't have even looked at it? I dunno, I was devastated in that moment and knew I needed to hurry and find another place. I ended up a block away at H & H Tire & Kwik Lube. ALL OF THIS TO SAY, SKIP THIS PLACE. THEY CLOSE AT 440PM. No hesitation even though it was closing time and look, I get it...no one wants to deal at that time but c'mon I was in a bad spot. Would you have wanted that done to your family member? H & H Tire & Kwik Lube repaired the tire in 10 minutes and I was back on the road feeling care for. Thank you H & H Tire & Kwik Lube. The truth
