She was very soft spoken and I'm not entirely sure what she said, actually. She was VERY friendly and did offer samples. She did not end up pouring the one I selected. Luckily, my husband enjoyed it. Then I had the house salad and added salmon. The salad was so fresh and had cran-raisins, fresh blueberries and candied pecans. The portion was large. It was a gourmet salad. The best part was the salmon was cooked to perfection. It's a hard fish to cook and not over cook. It was moist and tasty. Kudos to the chef. My Husband had the Cobb salad with chicken.
