I was visiting a friend in Arkansas and she goes to this shop a lot and has her quilting done there. I wish they were closer to me. I live in St. Charles, MO. Their pricing was very good and the fabrics were very nice. I will definitely join them on Facebook and I hope I can go there again some day. There was a lot more that I wish I could have taken home with me. I would recommend that you go there, even if it is out of your way. It is worth the trip.

It's big and bright inside and has an amazing selection of charts, fabric and threads. The shop features an enormous display of Mill Hill kits and models, and a large amount of Just Nan and Fern Ridge. There are large and small sampler models, and an extensive selection of charts from both well known and newer designers. I especially enjoyed the models for a type of needlework called knotwork and I found some older Prairie Schooler charts with original prices. The shop was busy and is apparently short staffed currently with the combination of online and phone orders and running the store, but I was greeted warmly and promptly. Definitely worth a visit!

She knew exactly where to find fabric with indigenous patterns. It was colorful and beautiful quality. I ended up buying a kit as well. I had a couple of hours to spare, so I headed on over to check 'em out. Wow, this place is simply amazing! First, it is one of the largest independent fabric stores I've ever been to. The place was massive, and carried just about everything a person could need to fill their shelves (or their suitcase) with beautiful quilting cottons, notions, patterns, and all sorts of creative goodness. I was also blown away by their classroom in the back, and made a note to myself to maybe plan any future Tulsa visits to correspond with one of their classes or open sew sessions. (Hey, I can dream, can't I?) I wasn't able to buy much, since there was limited space in my carry-on, but I did find some really cute Oklahoma-themed fat quarters and yardage, and a few other small knick-knacks to remind me of this special place. If you're a sewiest and even remotely near this area, definitely stop by!
