There was an I.C.E. protect going on nearby and she point and said "go back to Mexico". Only after seeing that I heard her did she cover her mouth as if she realized that she shouldn't have said that with customers around. Nothing personal against North Highlands =) I'm 41 years old and I've lived in Sacramento my entire life. I have been to a ton of tree lots all over the Greater Sacramento area since I was a kid. My family and I went here last year for the first time (due to Yelp Reviews only) and it's by far the best experience I've ever had. The tree's were all shaped nicely and the prices were reasonable. By far though, the best part was the customer service. All of the people working there were extremely friendly and helpful. A few different people greeted us when we first arrived. They offered assistance in finding what we were looking for. They were professional and courteous at check-out. They did a fresh-cut on the bottom of the tree, and removed some of the lower branches. Then they loaded it on my truck for me. If you want great customer-service and an enjoyable tree-picking-experience, and you don't mind the drive, I would highly recommend going here to get your tree.

There was a large variety of plants to choose from - annuals, perennials, trees, etc. I bought a few colorful flowers that were annuals and a tomato plants. Many of the flowers were half off during the sale. Nicely priced. Lowe's had a good selection of plants and flowers compared to HD and Walmart, which I had checked out the prior day. I also bought a garbage disposal online for store pickup from this location, but later that day, they notified me that the garbage disposal was out of stock. I reordered from another store and they shipped it to me for free. Good store for home improvement needs and gardening supplies.

So I tried to "Schedule a Return" via FedEx. I printed the label and repackaged the item - then was told to return it to a Fed Ex DROP OFF location 16 miles away. In other words, I scheduled a refund, not a return pickup. I called Customer Care; no help. After waiting 35 minutes (on hold 3 different times during one call) for someone to answer my question, I found myself suddenly transferred to "Curb Side Pickup" - which is to PICK UP orders at Lowe's NOT schedule a curb side pick up from your home. At least with Walmart, when you schedule at FedEx pickup, they pick up the item from your porch. 1) False advertising of a Plastic shower head filter as Chrome. 2) Misrepresentation of scheduling a return via FedEx. You aren't scheduling a PickUp - you are scheduling your Refund amount. Fool me once: I will not be shopping at Lowe's again.
