He told me multiple times the material was "ordered," but I later confirmed with the supplier that it never was. For months I was promised updates and refunds that never came. He said I'd get proof of a refund (never sent), then said I'd have the money "tomorrow" but went silent again. After chasing him down repeatedly, I finally got my money back only because he handed it off to someone else to pass along. In his response elsewhere, Cory claimed: * The film wasn't available -- false. I confirmed directly with the supplier it was in stock multiple times. The issue was that he never ordered it. * That I was "tired of waiting" -- false. I never once said that. He was the one pushing for me to take a refund instead of finishing the job. * That this was a "sponsored job" -- false. I paid personally. Sponsorship had nothing to do with it. This dragged on for months with nothing but broken promises and dishonesty. If it had been a simple delay, I could have understood. What made this unacceptable was being lied to at every stage. I wish I didn't have to write this, but others deserve to know what they're walking into.

We had done tons of research and found there are many offerings for LED lights and accessories available online. From DIY LED strips, metal channels, wire, connectors, etc. to pre-made LED lighting fixtures. Wired4Signs was the only company we found that offered the option of making custom length fixtures at the very best price. Luke was tremendous in helping us navigate the process of ordering our lights. We could have easily ordered all of the individual components we needed to make our own fixtures, however, for a small charge, they manufactured all of the lights, tested them, and shipped them ready to install. Great call and worth every cent. The lights arrived in a very sturdy package, with all of the components needed to complete the installation. They went up easily and look and perform fantastic. If you are considering a DIY LED lighting project or plan on having someone do the work, these folks are equipped to handle any job and offer outstanding customer service at a great price.
