AFTER the work was completed, 4 weeks after dropping it off, I was told that I owe $1,000 more for parts. The service advisor was very inexperience and the service manager was nowhere to be found. After purchasing my 2014 Dodge Ram from another location because I didn't want to pay the absorbent higher price for a new vehicle, I very reluctantly turned my keys over to get a warranty issue resolved on a tire. I waited at the counter for 7 minutes with two people sitting in front of me NEVER acknowledging that I even came in. After one lady finished her personal call regarding her iPhone problem, she passed me off to another that was copying paperwork. I just needed the tire changed out with the spare so they could investigate the cause and course if action. I would leave the tire there. As I Stand by the counter because I don't see a waiting area nor have I been directed to one, I write this review after 51 minutes of standing. I'm still listening to the grumbles of both customer service people, ignoring phone calls, and when they do answer, it's with a gruff "service" over the phone. I love the truck I purchased and enjoyed the experience that Dave Smith Dodge gave me, but I almost wish I had went a different route due to the epic poor performance of my local dealership. Sure wish another Dodge dealer was around.
