Awesome customer service. They don't pressure you at all and really go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of.

Over 1 year ago Christian threatened to push my car into the street because " I wouldn't shut up" He lied to my husband about it and then I made a review on Ford website which isn't there anymore Christian called me leaving a message on my VM threatening me if I didn't take it down he was going to sue me, I went in to talk to the manager and the whole time I was recording and caught Christian lying but admitted he said nasty things to me, just an FYI to ladies out there do NOT go by yourself to talk to Christian but if you do PLEASE RECORD, I can't believe he is still employed, my SIL also wrote a review which somehow also got deleted, would never trust this place as long as he works there, and FYI I have all the recordings and VM, maybe I should make a complimentary jingle commercial for them read more

Horrible service. Get your vehicle repaired out of state if necessary, just avoid this place at all cost. They had our truck for a full month, getting nothing done on it. We finally insisted on picking it up while they "negotiated with the insurance". Brought it back, where they kept again without doing any repairs. Finally, after months of back and forth, they kept our deductible and we didn't get any repairs made on the truck. They are very dishonest read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a new 2024 F350 on July 17th from this dealership. During the purchase, it was next to impossible to get ahold of my salesman or anyone else other than the girl that answers the phone. I couldn't even get a call back until i threatened to cancel the purchase. That should have been my first sign. On July 21st, while on a road trip with 730 miles on the odometer, the AC went out. After visiting a Ford dealership in the closest town, I was told my AC compressor had disintegrated and the whole system needs replaced. I called Red Rock to schedule the service, which was a 2-week wait. I finally got the truck in and went 2 days without any updates. I called for an update and was told that they could not get the parts from Ford needed to fix the truck. I was told that a sales manager would call me to discuss options. My salesman, John, called me back and called me by the wrong name, and told me there is a "stop sale" for the part my truck needs from Ford. John asked what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted them to buy the truck back and was offered the option of "just driving the truck without AC." I was then told that there's nothing they can do for me, I need to call Ford for any other help. I asked why they couldn't help me and was told, "There's nothing else we can do for you." Don't have any experience with their sales, but their service department is unacceptable! Scheduled an appointment for a recall and an oil change for Wednesday 7/23. Dropped off truck at 9am and told the recall would take approximately 3 hours. I called Thursday afternoon after not receiving any update on my truck & was told "the technician would be in Friday and work on your truck first thing in the morning". I called Friday afternoon after not receiving an update & was told "the recall is pretty extensive and should be completed on Saturday". It is now Saturday after business hours and I didn't receive a call from Red Rock letting me know my truck was done. When making my appointment I asked if I was able to get a loaner vehicle and was told "we don't do loaner vehicles". It is unacceptable that my truck sat 2+ days without being touched and it is common sense that they should've scheduled my appointment for when the technician was available. I understand that events may happen, parts may break & people may call into work... but none of those explanations have been communicated with me. There has been no courtesy calls to keep me updated, or effort to make up for the issue. This is also about 2 months after my husband dropped off his truck for an oil change and a few other services. He got the call that his truck was finished and when he picked up his truck he found out that the only service that was completed on his truck was the oil change. They then looked at the ticket and realized they forgot to do the rest of the services. Thankfully, they were able to fix the situation right then. read more

The people at Red Rock Ford don't know anything. Sold my husband the wrong vehicle. Promised his vehicle would pass smog in california. Check engine light came on. Red Rock was supposed to have fixed it. Get to California, check engine light is back on. Take it to Ford dealership where I live. Not only is there an issue with my fuel pump, but there's also a recall on a part that Red Rock Ford in williston did nothing about. Take the vehicle to get smogged after getting these issues fixed, and now it won't pass smog. The issue is not covered under my extended warranty or under Fords emissions warranty. Without this being taken care of, it will not pass smog. Try to get help from Ally (Fords financing) to be told they won't do anything because Red Rock sold them the contract. (Again, Ally IS Ford's personal financing). I now have a vehicle that I can not smog or register in california. Red Rock Ford promised it would! That Ford is saying well you bought it. You're F*****, deal with it!!! One of the men at Red Rock even admitted to my husband that they did not inspect this vehicle at all! They bought it from auction and immediately sold it! Buyer beware!!! Ford corporation refuses to help us in any way and again are being told there's nothing they are willing to do! They have sold a vehicle that was never inspected after purchase, promised it would pass smog. It won't. Ford is perfectly okay with this type of behavior as long as they get your money! They do not care if you're stuck with a vehicle that you have to pay on, that is unregisterable!!!! I will NEVER do business with Ford EVER again!!! read more

Was told it would take 4 hour to get my estimate. I had my car there at 8:00 AM which was my appointment time. I called at about two and was told they hadn't gotten to my car yet! 6 hours and they had not gotten to my car!! I could have spent a couple more hours with my daughter and grandkids! Since Red Rock Ford took over Select Ford service has been great! Marlee is the one that usually takes care of me and she does a phenomenal job, I couldn't ask for a better service rep. The first time I was there it took almost a month to get my tire changed. The problem was that the tire got lost from the company they ordered it from. They gave me a great deal on rim and tire and I was able to get a rental car from them. Because it took so long to get the tire and rim they gave my husband and I a free oil change on our vehicles.
