They did great work, and since I was paying out of pocket, they tried only replacing one hinge, when usually they just do both. The truck looks great again, my family had a good time waiting there (with a 9 and a 2 year old). If I need any body work again, I know where I'll be going. The bodywork was rubbing on the tire so I had to limp it over. When I got there they immediately went to work on the rear quarter panel. They got the taillight back in place and cut off a chunk of the quarter panel and got me back on the road in about 20 minutes. When I went in to pay for their time the gentleman wished me a Merry Christmas and shot a big smile. When they finished the job, I asked about paying them and they wouldn't give me an amount. They said they'd go directly through the insurance company even though I'd already received the check. They never contacted me and threatened to repossess my vehicle for non-payment. They refused to take my check when I tried to pay them and insisted on a money order or cashier's check. I contacted local PD since they wouldn't accept my payment. Save yourself the hassle and go to a local, established body shop. Dent Source is terrible to deal with.
