They ordered and painted the hinge, then my wife brought the truck in and waited while they installed it. Everyone there was super nice to my wife and kids and to me. They did great work, and since I was paying out of pocket, they tried only replacing one hinge, when usually they just do both. The truck looks great again, my family had a good time waiting there (with a 9 and a 2 year old). If I need any body work again, I know where I'll be going. I had to have them reseal my windshield twice as it leaked snow, melt all over my dash and fried my electronics, which I had to have fixed at red rock Ford. I have returned multiple times for them to also replace the side brackets around my windshield as they clearly do not know how to install them their final solution was to urethane the brackets to my car, which will be an extra inconvenience to whoever has to replace my windshield in the future and from the brackets falling off of my car, I now have wet urethane streaks all over my vehicle, which they never cleaned. They were always nice when dealing with these issues, but they clearly have no idea what they are doing. I will not be a returning customer.
