I knew then that these people were trying to get one by me, maybe because I'm a woman. I literally just changed my windshield wiper blades 3 months ago and also had my air filter checked. When the price increase was brought to their attention they did NOT honor the original price. The front desk woman was rude and said "you shouldn't go buy something if you don't have the money to pay for it". It was not about the money for us it was about the price that was stated first. They do not keep their word on their price. That's very disappointing of a business to not honor what price they had said first and there was no reason to upcharge. Definitely recommend going elsewhere. The tires were listed for a certain price on Facebook and the owner's son had made the mistake on the listing and was told that you all were not going to loose money because of his mistake and the owner acknowledged that his son made a mistake. They gave a $100 discount which really isn't a discount if I still paid $200 more than original listed price. Also one of the tools broke when an employee was working on my vehicle and he immediately tensed up and he looked afraid to notify the owner that he broke it because he was going to have to pay for it out of pocket.

Once the motor seized 75 miles later, and after it took 10 seconds to get oil pressure when first changed their mechanic said it was the wrong filter. 2 weeks later, they claim that the oil filter was fine and that they got the filter company to inspect it. I have seen no paperwork etc. Corporate customer service has YET to call me back after leaving 5 voicemails. They refuse to give me their liability insurance information, and I am probably going to end up in small claims court. I do not suggest using them.
