After looking at all the reviews its clear to see it isnt the other employees fault its the owner Saras' fault for her empty store and failing business with her nasty entitled customer service for over 5+ years she still hasnt changed.. GET A CLUE LADY, customer service is just as important as the product. Do u think people want to feel uncomfortable going into a business wondering if the service is gonna be good or crappy today. Thats probably why she, the owner, is so crabby all the time shes run her business into the ground with her attitude and most of foster city knows of her bitter demeanor by now! As someone who lives in FC in this small city ive never heard a good word about this place and we all tend to talk about food establishments, the good ones, and which ones to try in our small city. Amazing this place is even still in business now that i see all the negative reviews, her edited responses and damage control from the owner. Too late damage been done apparently..
