This has seriously gone down hill. You have to pay the extra $10 for the license now. There is a line to get a temp check, a line to use the iPad and take a pic, the line to buy your credits, and then the worst line of them all the one to ride the cars. Kiddo is 5 now and they are super pathetic. Save yourself the headache and buy your kid a power wheel (it's faster). The lines are not clear and the teens running them let whatever kid shoves their way to the front go first. We were there over an hour to ride the dinky cars for a total of 4 minutes. After my son took his turn driving, we ran into the owner and expressed our frustration with how nothing was explained to us. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The in process is long you have to key in all this information with no assistance on an IPAD, we had 6 kids. The price is 35.00 for literally nothing a train ride and a very lack luster arcade and "course" only one child can ride per car so if you have a 3yr old who might be intimidated to drive alone. (Good luck) We ended up doing a party for 350 dollars. The food was giving very much bottom of the barrel at salt bae prices. (Not literally that expensive, but not worth it.) We payed 35 dollars for 3 baskets of fries and cheese sticks two of which were burnt and poorly portioned. We planned my daughter's 5th birthday here. It was truly the best birthday party we have planned. I have a 9 year old, so I have planned a few. The staff decorates the room before you arrive! They were so excited for a girl party they hung princess decorations and paper stars from the ceiling. I brought some decorations of my own, but they weren't needed. The kids got to choose from 3 pizzas and choices of beverages. They gave the kids commemorative sippy cups to take home. The children loved driving the cars and riding the trains. The points were plenty for everyone to have a good time for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Our room was nice, but we later used the upstairs balcony area which was really nice. I wanted to love this place for my 3yo. First off, it is $30 to even walk in the door or try anything out. No smaller packages exist. The car track for anyone under 10 (I think) is very small and boring. We have more fun in the driveway with a power wheels car. So we tried to spend credits in the arcade. The games were all cheaply made. Most were either physically broken and didn't work right or were out of order. And NONE gave tickets. The games felt cheap in general. Not regular arcade games. Kept missing the train rides, which are every half hour I think, so that's probably my fault. But every 30 mins for that tiny train to depart seems weird. Ended up leaving without spending all the credits. My 3yo enjoyed it Bc he's 3 but we could have had more collective fun going to a movie, getting ice cream and driving around the neighborhood in a power wheels car. Maybe good for some people but was a waste of time and money for us. Hate to leave a review that complains nonstop. Hopefully it will save another parent that's in decision mode. read more

Despite the great reviews, our experience at Tiny Towne was awful. We came on a Sunday afternoon. We stood in line to ride the tiny cars for over 20 mins. When it was time to board, a loud argument broke out between two parents who had both jumped the line and argued about who jumped first. The attendant seemed to be about 16-17 years old and had no idea how to diffuse the tense situation, which scared a couple of small children. When the children finally got into their cars, they sat another 15 mins without moving because the remote control for the track died and no one on duty could figure out how to fix it. We got out of the car to try the train, which didn't move for another 15 mins. We tried the arcade but NONE of the games gave tickets (even though we did NOT have unlimited play) so of course it was disappointing to get to the end and not even be able to get a prize. Many things were broken or too dirty to use. Overall, there was no one on staff who seemed to care anything about the customer experience so we left disappointed and extremely unlikely to return, despite purchasing the package with unlimited train rides for a year. read more

The arcade is awesome for those feeling too old for the cars. There's also a train for train lovers. 3. There's even a restaurant. Individual orders can be placed, or the restaurant can cater your parties. The food we had for my son's 4th birthday party was awesome! Cons: 1. There's one birthday coordinator, Samar. She's very hard to catch up with to get answers for your questions. 2. Do not assume that the party coordinators will coordinate the flow of your party like at other kid party facilities. It's an extra fee that they don't even mention until you're irritated during your party for their lack of involvement. I suggest not paying for the coordination. Go in with your own plan and save money. 3. Don't assume the food will be in the room when you get to the room. On the day of our party, Samar told me that food comes to the room an hr after your time starts. If you go with a plan and 'in-the-know', you can have a wonderful experience! Great concept. Poor execution. The booster and tiny drivers, which are pretty much all the kids only get to drive on maybe 15% of the track. No stop signs, lights, tunnels, etc. It's a mini go-cart track. My 7yo enjoyed it but we are only :10 minutes in and I don't see it lasting much longer. Now when my youngest turns 3, he'll love it. It will feel like miles of driving to him. I like the idea for the tweens and they'll think it's fun driving the golf cart, but up the road they can ride full speed go carts so it'll be short lived. :30 in and my 7yo has lost most interest. Even w a Groupon, didn't really get our money's worth, especially as we bought their bigger package w the license, etc. Overall, it's okay but could be a lot better. What an incredible opportunity for kids to learn about road safety AND have fun doing it! I wish this place had been around when I was a kid! And I guarantee that my child will visit. I took some of the drivers' tests (as an adult who has been driving for a long time), and was surprised when I did not earn a perfect score! Turns out, I still have some things to learn! I was also impressed with the rigor of some of the questions - not only do students answer multiple choice questions, they are also presented with real traffic scenarios and asked questions like which traffic sign would appear at this intersection. Then, students get some real life drive time, with real rules and real enforcement. Your child can experience getting a ticket in a safe (and cheaper) environment than the real world. The facilities are state of the art, and the use of technology is top notch. What a great concept and wonderful addition to our community! read more

The ride area for the 3-8 year olds is extremely small and the only other option for them is the train ride which took the employees forever to start. I do not recommend this place. We visited with our 2 and 4 year old Memorial Day and they both loved it. The 2 year old loved the train and the cars in the arcade. The 4 year old loved driving and the train. We found out about the place via Groupon and I'm glad we did. Having two boys that love trains and cars, this is a perfect place for us. The reason for 4 stars not 5 is the combined track for the smaller kids. I would remove the building next to it that was not being used, it looked like it was used for presentations, and add a track in that space. When we went, it was not crowded but I can see it being a problem on a weekend especially if a party is going on. I like how parents are free on the train and how they have different levels for the cars. The arcade was decent, but on average 1 credit per game was good for me to keep the 2 year old busy especially with the toy car rides. We got a good kick out of the police cart. It was funny to see them pull over the kids but I like that it was teaching them how to drive properly. I can see bringing our boys back if the place is still around in another 6-8 years for the boys to drive the smart cars. Overall, I would suggest to put this place on your to do list if you have a child that likes to drive or anything to do with cars or trains. P.S. We have spent many hours recently with them learning the rules of the road, getting "licences" and building up hours on the driving course which can count toward actual Georgia learning permits when they are eligible. I must give two thumbs up to the manager, Eli, who "fixed" a complaint I had about a promotion which had run out without, what I considered enough prior warning. Eli is always quick to help out with any issues we have ever had at Tiny Towne, from not being able to figure out how to do something to wondering where something is located! Love the idea behind this place! Took our 3 yr old and nephew who is also 3 and they had a blast especially driving on the track. The cars and streets with stop signs and lights are so adorable and this is a great way to teach young ones how to drive and learn rules of the road. We do have a few complaints. The train ride. It was way too slow and only went around the track once. I understand going at a safe pace but the train was going ridiculously slow that all of the kids onboard looked board. Also, the train only ran every 30 mins. So you pretty much wait 30 mins for a slow train ride that only goes around once...LAME!!! Next complaint, half of the games don't work!!! There isn't a whole lot of arcade games to begin with and the fact that half of them were out of service was disappointing. They need to fix this ASAP. The kid loved it, which was top priority. He actually had a difficult time getting through the driving test (he is 12) but he did make it third round! After that it was exciting, he got to drive with an officer first and then on his own. The cars go a bit faster the longer you drive. Little and big kids have separate tracks. He didn't care for any arcade games which was fine by us. I gave it 4 stars because I didn't think there was enough Purell dispensers around, the carpet to the bathrooms is old and extremely dirty. There was definitely a bit of a wait at the beginning, I'd like to see that more streamlined. I think it's a great place, but I'd go back if they updated and cleaned - a lot. read more

Some people see three stars and think that's bad, but like the rating says- it's A-ok. Our time at Tiny Towne was exactly that, A-ok! We used a groupon which was 13.99 for four rounds of driving only. When you get to the cashier, they offer you, or at least they offered us at the time, for $10 more they can get a total of 20 credits to use however they like -- meaning drive the car, ride the train or play arcade games. Driving the cars = 5 credits and you get four laps. Riding the train = 3 credits and the train runs every 30 minutes one time. Arcade games = 1-2 credits We opted for getting the additional credits. She then asked us if we checked in at the ipad, which we had not, so we had to go back and register each child on the ipad. You register their name/bday and take their pic. This is so they can give the children an ID card in a plastic case with a neck strap to wear. It might be helpful to tell ppl before they get in line. I noticed every guest went through the same thing! SMH, seriously. lol. Anyhow, the cashier was very nice. She asked my children what their favorite color is and then their id card is printed with that color border. The little things I tell ya! We were standing in line for the cars but then heard the train ring its bell. I held their spot in the driving line and my kids went on the train. It is very slow and goes around one time. The train goes through a cute lil tunnel before it ends. My children then got back in their spots and off they went to drive their cars. They have tiny cars for 3-5 year olds, then medium sized cars for 5-9 year olds, and then big cars (which none of us drove so I can't review them). The track is partitioned. The big cars /adults never cross paths with the children. They let the booster cars go first, and have the lil mini cars and the younger kids wait seated in their car watching the bigger kids drive around. That was a little annoying. My 3 year old was losing patience waiting in the car. I guess its a way to move the line? I don't know, but kudos to all those lil kids watching the bigger kids drive. When the booster cars are parked, the attendant minimizes the track and off go the little guys. The attendant was very good to assist the stop and go, turned around drivers, and crashes. We bought 2 ID cards and my 3 year old just used his older sibling's card to ride the train and cars. One sibling scanned his twice for himself and one time for the 3yo. We then proceeded to the arcade. A good variety of games. However, there are no physical tickets. The "tickets" are credited to your card, so when it's time to claim your prize the attendant scans your card and tells you your total. We noticed from the second game onward that our daughter's "tickets" were not totaling up, so the attendant told us she would add on what got left off. I'd advise doing a self check of your tickets before you keep accumulating to make sure you're getting the credits. The game attendant was very nice, so that was a smooth issue. They do birthday parties, there were two going on during our visit on a Sunday mid afternoon. There is also food for purchase and table and chairs available.The place is rather big, we had a good time since the staff was nice to us and my children enjoyed going from cars to arcade games. If you've never been here: 1. Go to an IPAD and fill out kid's name, birthdate, and take a photo. Of note, they don't care if any of that stuff is accurate- but it HAS to be done. The photo can be of anything, ex. The countertop. But if you skip the photo step (by pressing next without taking a photo), they WON'T let you purchase credits/tickets. 2. Line up to the booth to purchase credits, which will be loaded into a plastic card with the photo and name you entered into iPad. $1/credit; you have option of loading $30 or $40. $40 credits gives you unlimited train rides. $5 credits/little car driving session. Train ride is $3 credits/ride. Games in arcade ranges between $1-3 credits/game; kind of pricey. But nice that there weren't many violent or scary games. 3-4 games were not working but had no out of order signage, but they did refund our credits for those games. They let you share the tag between kids. Pros: clean, fairly friendly staff, not too crowded (we went sat am in summer). Cons: the little cars area were split into two types of cars: tiny cars for kids less than 46" tall (3-4yr olds) and booster cars for kids more than 46" (approx 5-7yo). BUT these two groups of cars run on the same track...they they let all the kids enter and buckle in, and if they've reached quorum for the tiny group, the tiny drivers can drive their five minutes, return, slowly unbuckle and disembark....the booster drivers have been sitting buckled into their cars waiting this time (7-15min) before they can drive. read more

Great idea that was executed poorly. I went on a Saturday around 3pm.. bad idea, tons of bday parties.. less than adequate staff for the amount of kids there. The staff that was there didn't know.. or care enough to keep things running smoothly. They did not provide the classroom training that was advertised on the website, so my 9 yr old had to go straight to a classroom test with a dozen other kids who were unsupervised (running around and screaming) and had to take a fairly difficult road safety test (types of road signs, can you merge through a double line, MPH, etc) questions she never would have known the answer to without a little guidance!! so she had to take the test AT LEAST 8-9 times before she memorized the answers to all 32 questions (at this point she's in tears with frustration, as am I) We go over to wait in the line and she has to take another simulator test.. okay, then they finally put her in the car at 5pm.. She does one test round with an "instructor" and the car keeps glitching/stopping in the middle of the road, takes 2-3 employees approx 25 mins to sort it out. She drives around for 10 mins and feels comfortable enough and wants me to join her. They tell me she only has 4 mins left to ride!! I speak reason into a couple employees and they end up crediting her back 20 mins. She and I ride along the track (where as a BRAND NEW DRIVER) she can't remember which side of the road to stay on, how to straighten out her turns to stay in the correct lane, etc. But we're having a good time. A police officer comes by and gives her a friendly warning about staying in the lanes. When we have 6 mins left in the ride, he comes back over and says my daughter has been driving recklessly and has to give her a ticket which means she has to get off the road!! 3 hrs of ridiculousness. Again, great concept.. but VERY POORLY EXECUTED!! read more

Shout out to Jonathan, he was managing the tiny and booster cars on July 6th, and cheerfully helped the little ones multiple times when they got stuck against the track at the far end. The reason I gave four stars is because at-the-door pricing seems high. It is $10 just for a "license" to hold credits. This is the biggest waste of money you can spend on your kids. We brought our five year old son. He was too young for the advanced driving course (the one with traffic signals and signs) and he was too old to really enjoy the "tiny track," which is nothing more than a lame indoor go-cart track on a tiny loop. Appropriately named. Also, the advanced course is small, too. You ride glorified golf carts on a very small course with a traffic light and a few turns. Seriously, this place is way over-represented online. Best part? Want to have your kids ride the track, play some arcade games, and maybe ride the train? Each and every aspect of this place requires separate "credits," and they do not overlap. So, you cannot use any extra track riding credits for the arcade. Not unless you purchase a $10 "learner's permit" for your child, that is. We bought credits on Groupon only to find they could only be used for the track. Everything else we wanted to do was extra money. We drove almost an hour to get here and wasted a precious weekend afternoon. We will never be back. read more

Cute concept for the tykes! Been waiting to bring my 2 munchkins here for about a year now as they weren't old enough/over the height limit to drive a cart. The mini bumper cars, meant for kids under 45 inches, was a good start for the girls. As they got more comfortable and braver, they quickly wanted to drive the booster cart, which was a slightly larger bumper car that went a bit faster, for kids over 45 inches but they weren't really strict on that :-) Plenty of other entertainment at the venue: slow moving train and an arcade room. You can definitely spend a few hours here! I purchased a GroupOn so the pricing didn't seem too bad. Their regular pricing is decent. The kids receive their own little license/Permit, which they loved. And it's pretty cool that they keep track of everything on the License/permit card. Car rides are 5 credits and 3 credits for the train. Parents be warned - the arcade also is paid using the License/Permit cards. Once your child figures out how to "tap" the pay screen, it's over! But don't worry, most of the games only cost 1 credit. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they also charge parents for the train ride. You may laugh and say "it's only a short train ride, nothing scary." But I learned from the first time to never under estimate a toddler. Yes they say they are big and want to ride alone. Next thing you know, they are scared over who knows what as the train turns the corner....not event 30 seconds into the ride! If I were Tiny Towne, I'd just let the adult sit with their child so there aren't any meltdowns. read more

Tiny town was slot of fun for my rambunctious 22 month old and 6 year old. They don't have as many activities for the youngest ones- only 3 year olds can drive cars but she was able to ride a train and play in the arcade. My 6 year old drove in the mini cars and rode the train and played in the arcade. We used the 14 dollar Groupon and "upgraded" to the ID allowing us access to do everything and have an ID card for 10 dollars more. This place is both awesome and adorable for little kids. We bought our 3-year-old nephew a membership to Tiny Towne via Groupon. He is a car (and train) fanatic so we knew he would be so excited to hang out here, and he sure was. He got his picture taken first (for his "driver's license") and got to choose what color lanyard he wanted. The kids wear their "driver's licenses" around their necks. We went straight for the Tiny Cars. I will agree with the other reviewer that it is not the most convenient thing that the Tiny Cars share the same track with the Booster Cars (for kids 57" and up). Firstly, the track is much too small for the Booster kids. Secondly, all the kids have to wait that much longer due to the two groups of kids sharing the track. It would be better if the Booster Cars were set up on the part of the track that had the signs and traffic lights if possible. It seemed like that area was reserved for the golf cart-type vehicles only (to be driven by the bigger kids OR parents with smaller children -- I believe you have to pass a test first to drive those). Anyway, the kids get roughly 10 minutes on the track. There are lots of employees supervising the kids, and they even dress up as conductors. So cute. After a go on the Tiny Car, my nephew and his dad got to hop on the train. It goes around the perimeter of the facility, on a track that has been painted into the floor. Also very cute. But I think my nephew enjoyed the "Carcade" the most, in particular the "spider shooting game." The arcade contained a lot of games I had never seen before -- they seemed to have come in from Asia, because one of the games (the one featuring the Nemo-type clownfish) came from China, and the aforementioned spider game seemed to have come from Thailand. Just interesting. They do a lot of kids' birthday parties. I got a sneak peek... you get a private room, and it is nicely decorated. I think I saw three smaller rooms and one large "VIP" room, so they can handle about four parties at once. It seems like the perfect place for my nephew to celebrate his 4th birthday! read more

Boy am I glad I tried before I bought. Here goes: The staff, with the exception of the owner and his spouse, consisted of teenagers. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There's a concession stand that sells a few lite items, along with chips and ice cream for the little ones. The choices were ok, and prices were decent. The main attraction is the driving course, there's one for children of all ages. The driving course is set up like a real city with roads and the kids get to drive around a few times. The concept is nice, but the wait between turns is just too long. Our kids grew impatient after two rounds of the driving course, and so did hubby and I. There's also a train ride that goes around the perimeter of facility, it was kinda cool, my husband and I were allowed to ride with our kids (ages 3 & 5). Our favorite thing was the arcade. It was colorful with lots of fun arcade noises. It reminded me a lot of an old school arcade from back in my childhood days. All the games were fun, and up to date. This may or may not be a better experience for older children that would be allowed to drive on the "big kids" driving course, but for my kiddos, this was was a very lack-luster event. This place is good for smaller kids as the cars and train are very slow. After driving a car and train there is still an arcade. If your child has a power wheels at home....stick with it. read more
