We were kind of in the area and were looking for something fun to do with the kids. I saw this spot online before, and it seemed cool at first glance. Even upon entry I was expecting excitement. The staff was a bit flatlined. They were not engaging. They gave us a hard time about printing a tag for my youngest child even though the man said she was fine and there was no need to pay for anything because she couldn't do anything. Once we cleared the entrance, that's when I realized how small and limited this place actually was, and I was really bothered by the lack of enthusiasm. The 5-9 kid bumper section was just a short lap within a smaller portion of the older kid area. Instead of letting the lap finish once the time was up and letting the kids and cars roll in, they would cut the power and push the kids back to the beginning. Which seemed completely pointless and a bit cheapskate-y. I have never seen anything like it. The arcade was okay, but it was dated. The games did not seem too pricey. The train was another feature that ran every 30 minutes. It was a cute addition. The train was a short ride around the building. You have to use tiny bucks or swipes to ride. There are more spaces for birthday parties than anything. We purchased the first package. It was $35. My son had a good time, and it was okay. However, I could tell he was looking for more, and he kept asking to go on the older kid side because there was so much more space. For me it was extremely underwhelming; the staff made it more mundane. I wouldn't go out of my way to return and probably never will. I will give it to them though, it was really clean in there. There is a hot chicken spot within the place that people were talking about.

Such a cute place for kiddos! We came for a birthday party and the space is not far off the 85 exit and located inside of a strip mall. Plenty of free parking available and not sure if because we went fairly early on a Saturday morning around 11 am but it was pretty quiet in there. Walking in the space is huge and truly looks like a little town with roads, a train station, an arcade, party rooms, and a room where older kiddos can take a driver safety course. The kiddos are given a "license" that has a certain number of tokens that can be used to ride on the cars or play games but there are some games here you need physical tokens to play. The staff were super nice and helpful. Definitely a good place for the kids to come and be in their own little world for a bit. There is also a space where you can purchase food and sit and while I didn't purchase anything I'm told the prices were reasonable and the food was decent. Fun times for the kiddos!

My 5 year old daughter and I recently visited Tiny Towne after a two year absence. She liked it as a toddler but probably liked it even more as a small kid. I would say 4-7 is probably the sweet spot here. There's a lot of different ride options here but they are mostly fairly similar. The place looks bigger when you come in and loses some excitement after some time but it is fun. There's a small drivers option and a bigger kid (5+) option with different access and tracks. There's bigger, almost safari style cars that parents have to drive and also pay for, but it's expensive and parents have to pay too and you have to go for more time than I'd want to (maybe 20 minutes?) The little train ride that runs around the perimeter is also fun. But you can get through the rides pretty quickly unless your kid is really excited to do multiple trips. We ended up spending probably more time than I would have liked or expected at the arcade. The area wasn't particularly well staffed as there was no one running the ticket (prize counter) for a few hours that we were there, but I did appreciate some of the old school games like air hockey and skee-ball. Overall, Tiny Towne is a fun time and worth a visit if you've never been before and the drive isn't too significant. I'd plan to spend at least an hour and a half to two hours here if you want to do everything. Know in advance that it's not cheap and you'll probably need to drop $20 or more alone just for your kid (you don't have to pay if you don't do the larger car ride with them).

Yesterday, May 18th we had our son's first 'Big Boy' party for his 3rd birthday. From start to finish the entire booking and party was painless. We are regulars are Tiny Towne for our family. It was a no-brainer to book a party here. I hope this detailed review helps you book a party here, too! At first I tried calling on a weekday to book. Maria was an amazing help and honestly full of information. She told me the facility was closed on weekdays and encouraged me to visit with the kids again to see the party spaces in person. Maria blacked out a time slot for me over the phone in case we liked what we saw. It's safe to say that our visit was a successful one. We booked the VID Deck for 20+kids before leaving Tiny Towne that day. Mind you, this was 1 1/2 months prior to our event date. We left a 50% deposit and got to work booking child entertainment. The week prior and the week of, Maria was a great communicator sending 'add on' meal prices, additional kid rates and answering any and all questions that we had. The ONLY issue we had was guessing how big or small the VID Deck was before we got there. I looked through many many reviews on Yelp and Google to see the space to no avail. No worries, I was sure our photographer would capture the space perfectly. On the day of the party we arrived ahead of our time slot by 30/40min and had 'all hands on deck'(family, friends and staff) to set up the party. During our check in we paid for an additional 10kids in case there would be any extra kids showing up AND we purchased a platter of chicken wraps and French fries for the adults. IT WAS WORTH IT. The pizza is obviously made on site - so are the other platters of food they offer. Everything tasted great. My kids are picky eaters -- there were no complaints. We opted for pitchers of lemonade and fruit punch for everyone to drink. Again- IT WAS WORTH IT. Our party attendants were SO sweet and helpful(Jason, Yari and Laila). There was never a time that we were looking for them and could not find them! They would come to us and ask what else we needed. We hired multiple third party companies for face painting, ballooning and mascots(Chase and Marshall). There was SO much space up on that deck. My only complaint - it was hot with so much happening Lol The parade at the end of the party was the cherry on top. My son got to hold up traffic and drive around the track LOL He was so amazed by the entire ordeal. All of his friends had a train ride and tons of fun in the arcade.(I stress this point because the age crowd of kids was 2-7. We were concerned they wouldn't have much to do). All in all, the VID Deck was the best booking option for Tiny Towne. If you're going to have a party - have one to remember at Tiny Towne on the VID Deck. I'm writing this review the day after and everyone is texting me asking for details on booking and visiting for play dates in the following weeks. All of our extra/unused tokens left(5 cards that were unclaimed by guests not showing up) were added back to our tab and put on my son's driver's license. This was by far the best option for us to book a party. Everything was included. It's hard to find an all inclusive venue that doesn't break the bank. We had 25kids and 33adults in attendance. There was SO much space on the deck. I hope our photos help! If not -- check out the video of the party that's posted on YouTube by our photographer 'Satin Images'. We love this place!! https://youtu.be/xebelj632Yk?si=H-MjNkFmlWYcmIPG

The kids really enjoyed themselves. It was smaller than we thought it would be. We went early and their was not a lot of people. Customer service was great with temperature check at the door. We purchased a groupon and still ended up paying a little extra that the groupon doesnt offer but saved about $20. It was difficult at first for my daughter, 9yrs, to take the test but once she finally passed and went through, she had a great time. She had to watch a 13min video then take a test and have a perfect grade, then take a driving simulation and then was able to drive. It was time intensive especially for her but she got though it. It really is great for those who are starting to learn how to drive. I Liked the arcade. The credits were really low giving the kids more chances to play on the games. Overall, the place is more like a learning experience. My 6 year old just drove a couple of times and spent his time in the arcade. They offer food as well, be wet didn't try any. I would bring my 9 year old back for more practice.

Looks like fun for the youth of the church. Arcade, driving, pizza, and grill food. Traffic lite today. No long lines for anything.

Ask the Community - Tiny Towne

I have a 10 year old son who loves cars. I thought this would be a great place for him to get behind the wheel but a lot of the reviews I am reading are from parents of much younger children. Will he have fun here?

Yes, he will be able to drive the bigger cars on the simulated streets with real traffic laws. He will also have to pass the driving test first.

If I could give this place zero stars.....it was just a lackluster experience from the moment we…read morewalked in to the time we left. Which was sad because we were supposed to be there to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. He was excited to try this place out. We drove over an hour to be disappointed. First we walk in an hour after opening on a Sunday, place was empty.......we walk right up to the counter and I tell the girl that I had looked the pricing up online and I knew I wanted to do the 3 race, game card, and k1 membership pass for 3 boys. She gave me a blank stare and then said oh you mean 2 race. Ok. Rude. But ok yeah that. She proceeds to ask the boys had they ever been there before. 1 of my sons friends says yes. So she goes you need to go check him on the computer with a waiver first because he has a membership so you won't pay for that part for him. Here I am thinking oh she is being helpful after being wrong. I smile. We go to computers do the waiver for 1 boy as instructed. We go back to the counter now 2 more groups have come in. We have to wait behind 1 group now since there is only one cashier/check in person although there were at least 5 other staff in the building including a manager. Anyway after we wait for that group to check in. I step back to the counter and THEN she proceeds to tell me oh you didn't do the waiver for the other two. I'm like you told me to do it only for the one that had been here before. So again we step out of line and go BACK to the computers. At this time I'm starting to get annoyed. By this time more people are coming in, so now my boys will have to wait behind several big groups when we arrived before ALL of these people. When I finally get back to the counter.....all boys are checked in. She got RUDE again. And wanted to loudly explain pricing to me and make sure I knew that the boys only got a $10 game card for what I was about to pay. Like VERY loud. I didn't hear her do this with any of the other groups that checked in before us and I hate to say this.......none of them were my complexion. Never once was I rude or matching her volume or tone. We actually walked in that place happy because we were supposed to be celebrating. Well anyway it didn't stop there. Once we got checked no instructions were given on what to do next outside of the girl at the counter giving me my receipt and their game cards. So my boys walked over to where you line up to go on the track and yet another employee was RUDE to them by telling them to back away from the gate and wait for someone to call them. They are EXCITED to be here Jeesh, so then after she yells at them they come over to me saying they not going to let her ruin the joy. They finally get called to race and all the boys are overwhelmed after the employees stopped the cars several time or slowed their speed down all during the race. Then in between their first and second race we went to their "arcade" which only has 12 games......which none of them are less than 40 credits for 1 game. $10 gets you 200 in credits. While one of the boys was in the process of playing a game they got called back for their 2nd race. It was EVEN worse than the first one. We decided to opt out of trying their food and went somewhere else to grab lunch. 0 stars would not recommend.

This place is so much fun! Expensive but fun! They had a full bar with fairly decent food and…read moredrinks and the cars were actually fast! We had a great time!
