I called and after an HOUR on the phone they said it was escalated and I would not get charged for this and I would get a call from the manager to rectify this charge. I never got a call and I WAS CHARGED another $50. Now I have to call the call center and spend another hour probably trying to get this charge reversed. Even the agent in the call center said the charges didn't make sense and that she would help me resolve this. I will never use them again and I will tell my friends not to use this location.
