I was stranded in the snow today along with about 8 other cars and could not move. My tires were just spinning on the ice and I ended up having to be pulled out by another truck. While I was stranded one of the North DFW Trailers trucks pulls up and rolls down his window. I thought maybe he was going to give me some help or information, tips, etc. I rolled down my window and he just screamed "Get out of the middle of the road." and proceeded to drive past me into his business. What a freaking jerk thing to say to a stranded motorist!

He was with other customers at his desk and just left us hanging because he didn't want to be outside. Joey, our sales rep was fantastic and he came thru on everything he said he would, plus more. When there was a problem with what Forest River advertised and what they actually put on the unit, Lisa, the manager made it right. As with anything, there were some things that needed to be corrected from the manufacture as part of the service warranty and Dave's service team (JT in particular) was awesome and timely.
