We tried one of each and were very pleased with the quality and portion of meat. We all voted the carnitas as the best! Also got an order of chips & salsa - was bummed on how little salsa there was! Only giving 4 stars bc it was a bit overpriced for what you get and for a place named Salsa - I wish there had been more of it on the tacos and with the chips and salsa.

The texture of the outside shell with the melted cheese was not the normal yummy. I regretted having ordered two. The guacamole seemed fresh as always. However, the chips were strangely thicker than normally & not nearly as tasty . We are not accustom to being so disappointed in the food. I opted for the Pulled Pork Sandwich with Cole Slaw on it, along with "The Shuffle" sweet BBQ sauce (they offer several other sauces, including spicy). When I got my sandwich I couldn't believe how piled high it was with pulled pork and slaw! Very generous portions! The pulled pork was super tender, moist, and delicious. The cole slaw was really tasty with a bit of sweetness. The sandwich was really good, and with the generous portions I got to enjoy grabbing a fork and finishing off the pork that fell onto my plate. They mostly do catering and events, but with BBQ this good I'm hoping they'll have a restaurant location at some point soon. In the meantime track them down at an event if you'd like some delicious BBQ with great service!

The sandwich I had (brisket) MAYBE 1oz of meat on it, and the bun tasted like the cheap store brand from Kroger or wall mart. My wife's pulled pork didn't even cover the small cheapo bun and could be eaten in 3 bites. Choices for sides included choosing between 1oz bags of potato chips. AND, the price for two of us to eat was over $17. The website is misleading because it shows the sandwiches heaped with meat and actual barbecue type sides. We both agreed buying burgers from the McDonald's dollar menu would have been far more satisfying.
