The receptionist had great customer service and Jeffrey did an amazing job with my haircut. I showed my inspiration cut and Jeffrey DELIVERED! I went to this salon for the first time after making an appointment. The hair salon I used to go to is gone. Since then, I couldn't find a good salon that I wanted to go to, and after that,I don't care so much about my hair anymore. And Covid hit , So I decided to color my hair myself. But I really hated doing it because my gray hair would come quickly. I was lucky to find Nathan here at his Tiny bubble salon. Although my first time visiting the salon was positive, I felt extremely frustrated when this time around I tried to cancel an appointment because of a work emergency. I tried to contact the salon to as I cancelled in under 24 hours to see if I would be able to pay half of the treatment, despite the fact that I would not receive it, and instead was charged for the full treatment. I hoped that I would at least be able to speak with someone at the salon, especially since the amount for the treatment was extremely large and I said that I would be happy to pay half or 75% of it, but despite my attempts at outreach I didn't hear back. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience as I assumed that they would at least respond to me, but instead they took out the full amount for the very expensive treatment I wouldn't receive and never heard back. read more

LOVE this place!! i was nervous to get my curly hair cut because i'm not sure how it was gonna turn out, but Darren got me right! he was so nice, understanding, and did EXACTLY what i was looking for. the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and there was even a cute dog in the shop. i even got a little goodie bag for the holidays!! 10/10 reccomend this place. i will definitely be coming back for my next cut ! read more

Why can't I give ten stars? :) It is not hyperbole when I tell you that Nathan recently gave me the best haircut of my life. I walked in to his salon with a balayage gone wrong (orange, brittle, icky), and a substandard haircut to go with it. I was a first time customer, so did not know what to expect. Nathan took a long look at my hair, thoroughly explained how he was going to fix it, told me the cost up front, and proceeded to go to work. This is honestly the first haircut in my 56 years that I've been able to come home, do myself, and it looks exactly like the day Nathan cut and styled it! I also appreciated that Nathan did not use a ton of styling products to make it look good in the salon. THAT, my friends, is the sign of a phenomenal hair artist! NO upselling, NO product pushing, just a magnificent cut and a toner to fix to the orange balayage. And what a lovely man, we had a terrific conversation as well. THANK YOU NATHAN! So.. I don't like going to the salon. I mean I go every year or two whether I need it or not. I have very curly hair and the last few stylists just aren't good with natural curls. And I'm not interested in burning it straight ever again... enter Darren and Tiny Bubbles. Great location, bright downtown PS vibe, great energy, blah blah blah. I think this place must pay for their 5 star reviews. Beware if you have long beautiful hair. I stopped him 3 times during the hair cut because I was uncomfortable with how short he was making my hair, but he insisted that he knew what he was doing. I cringed in the seat, cried when I got home. Micheal gave me a hair CHOP that was exactly what I didn't ask for. I wanted layers but what he did was- cut most of my hair to my shoulders & left a very small section at the bottom long. It was chopped & not bended. read more
