Henry was incredibly helpful and patient, especially with this indecisive wife trying to decide what tint to go with! He took the time to explain my options and helped me feel confident in my choice. The service was timely, the pricing was fair, and the quality of the product is excellent. It's hard to find a business that checks all the boxes, but Elite Texas Window Tinting definitely does! And an added bonus for us was finding out that Elite Texas Window Tinting is a veteran-owned business! We love supporting veteran-owned businesses, and this made an already great experience even better. I'm extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Elite Texas Window Tinting to anyone looking for quality window tinting, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service

Called around lunch time (12:00) and said they had immediate availability so I drove 1 minute across the street to drop it off. Went back across the street and there she was parked out front looking clean. I paid $247 total with taxes and all and you get a lifetime warranty on the film should it begin to bubble or turn purple. Overall a great value, quick service, and quality work.

After much research on a good tint shop that offer quality work I chose Texas Tint Masters. I chose…read morethem because they offer computer cut tint specific to your vehicle with a micro edge that is so small that the tint film looks factory installed. I called them and they were booked but I only needed a brow on my Tundra to protect my eyes from the sun so they were happy to squeeze me in an early morning time slot. The finished product looks great and not only that, it was so good that I am having a consultation for my house for some window and shatter resistance film to be installed. I would tell anyone if you want to battle Texas heat go with Ceramic or Nano tint!!! Also, they are so efficient I wanted a quote for another vehicle and the young lady pulled out her tablet and sent me all the information I requested on the spot which answered all of my questions. They are so good that car dealerships need to have them on a retainer.

For what I spend it sucks to have to go behind them and clean it further and it's minor spots they could've easily gotten had they not be in such a rush. They also broke a piece off my rear view mirror, I had to have it replaced but I know they're trying just minor improvements needed.

TLDR: he took my money, broke my sensor cover and used globs of glue on my windshield to "fix" it…read moreand did not tell me- another windshield professional caught it! He charged me extra fees, yelled at me and called me slurs over the phone, and didn't refund me. Do not go here. Do not bring your daughters or wives here either. Zach, don't worry- I got my deposit you stole back from my bank. I'm glad I went to another company to give them my $300. I should have trusted the bad reviews. The owner took my money despite his customer service rep saying I could get a refund. I called on a Thursday. He asked for my license plate instead of the VIN to "check my sensors." The license plate doesn't give any info....even I know that. He claimed I had no sensors and ordered a windshield for $265. On Saturday, after I drove 30 minutes one way, he said I did have sensors, and the cost would be $295. He demanded a $48 deposit to order the new windshield and that I would have to come back in a week to get it installed. He didn't mention a 3.75% card fee over the phone but forced it on me in person, suggesting Zelle only after I'd paid. Shady business practices. When I got in my car, it smelled like trashy cologne, and the steering wheel was greasy. I asked him what he sprayed in the car and he said nothing. He left the sensor box under the mirror hanging and tried to delay fixing it until my next visit to pressure me into coming back. I insisted he fix it immediately. Come to find out, he glued the sensor box back to my old windshield, and now I will have to buy a new one. I found this out by another business who ended up replacing my glass. Zach did not tell me he broke MY property. When I asked for my deposit back, his rep said I could call him. I called on Monday. He threw a tantrum, yelled at me, interrupted me, called me slurs, and mocked me for asking about the cologne smell. I have migraines and cannot do intense smells. He hung up, saying he didn't need customers "like me." He also badmouthed his very young female employee for telling me I could get a refund. She honestly seemed scared and uncomfortable when he was around. I do not suggest taking small children or women here.
