They are technically incompetent and a very unprofessional shop! They installed a remote start module in my car on November 16th. When I picked it up I noticed the AC was stuck on max heat regardless of the temperature setting. I returned it to Tint World and they told me the issue was unrelated to the remote start they had just installed. I asked them to uninstall the remote start. When I picked it up the blind spot monitoring system and the automatic lights were now malfunctioning and the AC still not working. At this point I had paid them to install AND uninstalled the product. I took the car to a local Lexus dealership who confirmed all 3 problems were related to the remote start: 1. Multiple ground wires were cut and left exposed. These exposed wires came in contact with the AC amplifier power source causing a short. 2. The wire that goes to the automatic light sensor was cut. 3. The button that controls the blind spot monitoring system was damaged after that panel had to be removed for the install. I submitted a detailed report to Tony Scott, the manager at Tint World of Huntington. Despite clear evidence they refuse to refund me for any of the damage they caused to my vehicle. The staff here are technically incompetent and very unprofessional. I demand that they take responsibility for the damage they caused and I will be taking legal action against them. read more

I brought in my brand new 2024 car for all over tinted installation but the job was poorly done on the windshield area. Dust is trapped between the tint film and the glass, obstructing my view while driving. This isn't my first time getting tints; I've had them done on several other vehicles by a different vendor without any issues. This place was recommended by a friend who apparently got lucky with his install, despite the poor reviews I read afterward. Tint World claims to offer a lifetime warranty and boasts about their services before installation, but after voicing my dissatisfaction and driving down to their shop, Tony informed me that they won't replace or refund the shoddy work on my windshield. When I asked about the lifetime warranty, he said it only applies to peeling and mentioned a 5% margin of error during installation, which is not disclosed in the shop or on my receipt. They did nothing to correct the situation. I hope they reconsider standing behind their work and making things right. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this place for tints. read more

I'd give 0 stars, but you have to leave one so this can be posted. By far collectively the most incompetent people I have ever come across. I took my brand new car in for front window and windshield ceramic tints (charged $649 for 3 hour job). After 4 hours they come out to tell me that they need 20-30 more mins because "Mazdas have tempered glass and it's going to take extra time for it to dry" (makes no sense because I swore that cars are federally required to have tempered glass since the highway safety act of 1966, but I just agree, stay quiet and wait patiently.) Wrong. One hour later and now apparently the the key isn't being recognized by the car. Ok cool, asked would an alternative fob work (spare) answer was no because both keys are mirror images of each other and if one doesn't work it cancels out the other one, deeming them both useless. Solution proposed: it has to be fixed by a tech from mazda with a programming tool and told no locksmith could provide this service, had to be a person certified to program Mazdas, from mazda directly. We negotiated on me being able to secure an emergency locksmith who confirms programming capabilities specifically for my car, (manager agreed he was willing to wait if someone was available to do the programming). Wrong, again. Manager interrupts my phone call and states it's now a liability to have a locksmith on site assessing the issue (it's already been established and expressed that I am over 50 miles from home, this is my only day (requested) off and need to be at work at 6 am). At this point, I ask to speak to the owner which the manager finally steps away to allegedly do so Plot twist, they find cause *allegedly* - after 2 mins, manager returns mentioning that a tech has now positively and confidently confirmed over saturation of the engine control module behind the dashboard is causing the key to be unrecognizeable and it just needs to be dried out and is absolutely nothing to worry about. With this level of confidence, you would assume visual verification at bare min has been achieved. I then asked if we can apply low heat or compressed air to the saturated unit and see if it will help with evaporation of any moisture; the immediate answer to that was that anything they do other than wait for the moisture to wick off naturally will break or melt the connections; honestly swore sitting water in open air contacting metal creates rust but apparently this isn't the case here. At this point, there is zero negotiation or alternative that can be provided to the shop manager that would yield any result other than a politically correct variation of "leave now, were closing". I asked to go get things from my trunk, and that created a whole other nightmare. I get to my truck now and the shop manager drops the back seat to allow access to the trunk, directly on my headphones and window visors. Great. Accept it and move on to gathering my objects from the front seats. Reminder; I never came here for any car wash or service other than tint on two front windows and the windshield. Now I'm confused as to why in the world the passenger seat floor completely saturated (it's 90 degrees and no rain all day) and my weatherproof floor mats are gone. Moved over to the drivers side and realize the floor door trim is completely removed (not on the door trim where the window tint I came for installation would be on, but the foot well side where the actual cabin is). I'm sure I'll do another review once tomorrow arrives and i hear the "thorough" explanation for whatever I just paid 649, a day of work and $100+ on ubers. read more

I've never had an issue here when getting parts for my Honda. Love their HID lights. Recently moved to Michigan and their systems do not connect so i needed information for the lights. He was great on helping me find an old purchase under my phone number and now I have the information on my lights I love. The lights are great, the price wasn't bad either. read more

I went to get my car wrapped. I should have had my head wrapped. I would never recommend these low lifes. They ruined my car that I had to go to another place to get it wrapped. And the woman at the front desk was nasty. So much for courtesy. Do yourself a favor and find another place. You will be doing yourself an injustice to go to this place. read more

Tony came up with a really great idea about something I had no knowledge of which in the end looked great and saved me a bunch of coin and hassles. I was considering black rims to replace my silver painted ones and he suggested powder coating the rims I had with gloss black. They came out absolutely perfect. read more

Complete garbage tint. Brought my car in for "Xpel Ceramic" tint and paid a premium. Rear window had over 100 bubbles and windshield had tons of bubbles and a crease directly in my view. Was told to bring it down to fix as it has a "lifetime warranty". The owner refused to fix it claiming that his warranty didn't cover it somehow and made up every excuse to not do it. I brought it to a real tint shop who steamed it off and his exact words were this was the cheapest tint he has ever seen. It came off in pieces and left a ton of glue. Def not xpel what they claimed. Complete trash do not bring ur car here. read more

Only came back to do my other car here because they offer lifetime warranty. Honestly, go somewhere else for tints unless you have 3/4 hours to burn or can drop off the car. Got here at 8:30, was told about an hour and a half. Yesterday I was told 2 hours, weird. Well 3 hours later to tint 5 windows, nice. Use another tint world or shop entirely. read more

I would have gave them zero stars if I could but you must leave at least one to get posted. This was by far the worst experience I ever had with my 71 Plymouth roadrunner that I've had for 41 years. I wanted to get the car vinyl wrap and started to get quotes I went to tint world of Huntington there quote was higher than other's but I wanted to use a reputable shop. I told them that I already had a color and brand of wrap but they said I had to use there wrap or it would not be warranted.. so I picked one out of there's. I brought the car to them and after they started working on it I was told that I would have to get more wrap this now raise the price way more than I would have spent. Plus they marked up the roll of wrap 300% wow.once the car was done on July 3rd I went to see it and I was not happy. There was seams that were terrible and a lot of them. A good wrap job should be seamless to the eye. I was told that Tony would call me about my concerns and I needed to take the car. The next day was the 4 th so against my better judgement I brought the car home and put it away.the next day I had people over for the holiday and they wanted to see the car so I uncovered it and had a heart attack....the wrap peeled, bubble, lifted and shrunk all over... What a mess. I contacted tint world the next business day and again was told that Tony would be in touch. I waited two days then I called tint world corporate headquarters and they were no help at all.they said you have to deal with the store. so I went to other wrap places and showed them the job and all said the same thing that it needs to be redone there was no fixing it. finally Tony called and told me that they would not redo it or refund me my $8200.00 but I could bring it back and they would heat it and stretch it and put some adhesive on it to try and get it to stick. I said is this a joke?? I after not getting anywhere with them I agreed to bring some of the small parts to them instead of the car so they could try. I walked into tint world and some women that I never met before was on her cell phone and left me standing at the counter for ever.it wasn't till I was walking out that she said what do I need. I told her that I was dropping off so parts to be redone with wrap she rolled her eyes and went back to her phone conversation and left me standing for another 15 minutes. My blood pressure started to raise and I said I'm the customer who paid a rediculis amount of money to be treated like dirt. Do not use tint world unless you want this to be your experience!!! I have plenty of pictures to back up my review if anyone wants to see the work that they do. read more

I typically hate car places - the staff are always jerky guys and I always feel like I'm being BSed. NOT THIS PLACE they are GREAT - Had my windows tinted here. Great experience. The staff was chill, sales man really friendly, no BS. Did good work and didn't have my car all day. Even replaced an entire window for a tiny little tear at the top when I came back a week later. read more

Warning do not get your windows tinted worst experience I have had waste of $ and time mad bubbles and peeling unprofessional

The first time I came to this place it was a decent experience, a few days later I come to find bubbles on every single window that they tinted on my car. I go to get it redone and, since I didn't remove the third brake light my self this time (the first time I removed it cause there was old tint under it I was getting off for them) they didn't bother to tint underneath it. When I go to ask them why they didn't do it, they blame it on a software update which is bull. Any other tint place would do that especially if the customer says something about it. Along with this, the guy is smiling and laughing at me trying to say I'm wrong. Over all horrible experience and the way that they handled the situation was even worse. read more
