Like others have said, Lenny is a genuinely nice guy who won't try to sell you the most expensive tint that you don't need anyway. Five minutes after he took my car back to begin tinting, I changed my mind and had him use one shade darker tint (which was a bit more expensive). Lenny said he wanted to recommend that one initially, but didn't want to be pushy. Now that's the kind of salesman I want to work with. He answered all of my email questions and phone calls promptly, which is a big deal in my book. After meeting Lenny, I was confident that he would treat my car as if it were his own. Talk with him once and you'll see how passionate he is about window tint. The tint is high quality and looks great. He cuts it all by hand and you can see the craftsmanship in his work. No bubbles, streaks, or wrinkles... the interior is so much cooler now! I'll be going back soon to have him do my sunroof (ironic, no?). I highly recommend Tint Wizard. read more

Lenny is not an honorable man. We took a car into be tinted at Tint Wizard and after a relatively short period it pealed off the drivers side window. We Took it back and he repaired it under warranty. Again after a short period it pealed off again. Took it back and he copped an attitude and said there was something wrong with the window. He said he would fix it one more time or give us our money back. I said that's fair and took it to our mechanic to check his suggested claim that the window had a problem. $150 later there was no issue with the window. I spoke to Lenny and stated that we would accept his offer to give us our money back and that our confidence in his capabilities to do a proper job was shaken. He reneged on his offer. Basically he LIED to us. We took the car to a competitor and he confirmed that the window tint was not installed correctly causing it to peal. They retinted the window at a discounted rate and we were very happy with the results. I would suggest taking your business to a reputable business as Lenny has proven that he lies to his customer and has a very bad attitude when it come to warrantying his work when it was his poor installation that caused the problem to begin with! read more

I had my small SUV tinted and about 2 years after my tint started to bubble and peel off multiple windows! The owner, Lenny who had tinted many other family cars and remembered me and my family when I went in to show him how badly my tint had started to look said that because I had no receipt or proof of a warranty he could not help me. He said I would have to pay full price for removal and for it to be reapplied! He was such a jerk and I have spoke to multiple people in the car business in Scottsdale air park specifically who have awful things to say about him. Terrible customer service! read more

We needed to replace the tint that the dealer had applied to our 2011 Toureg. Len's price was much lower than the dealer and other shops in Scottsdale, near the airport. He also has several brands and qualities of tint to chose from. More importantly, the customer service and workmanship was first rate. I had the windows of my 2005 Honda Accord tinted at this business when I bought the car new in 2005. After 7 years the driver's side window tinting had become distorted and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were still in business. I booked an appointment and waited for my two front window tinting to be repaired/replaced and then was really shocked when I was told there was no charge as it was under warranty. Just bought a Kia Optima that had faded tint, and back driver side window film half torn off. I called Tint Wizard to see what could be done, and Lenny informed me in order to get the best possible outcome, was to wait until it was warm outside to get the old film clean off. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait! The new film looks amazing and there is no trace of the old film anywhere. It only took about 4 hours to get the old stuff off and the new stuff on. There are no bubbles or dust anywhere under the film. I would not go anywhere else to get my windows tinted. Lenny is extremely friendly and even more professional. I was amazed that after 11 years they stood behind their warranty. They put the tinting on my 2003 car and just now one window started to peel a little. This is my third vehicle I've brought to Lenny in the past 4 years. He's always been very professional and courteous with me. I just had my 2 front windows tinted for $85. I think it was a fair price because he does a great job uses top of the line film like 3M and other known brands. I'm not sure what the warranty is but I've never had a problem with any tint job Tint Wizard has performed. If I ever had a problem I know Lenny would make it right. Many of us airpark professionals use tint wizard and will continue to do so. I wish every business was this consistent, it would make my life so much easier! read more
