Finally he responded with a quote but it was way higher than it should have been, $100 more than what he charged me to do my car and my daughter's car has half the windows of mine. Jacking up the price to make it unappealing isn't the way to do business, I honestly believe it's because I'm white and it made him uncomfortable.
