Mr. Ray and everyone at Applied Window Film Technologies were the definition of professionalism. Right from the start, his quote to get my car tinted was straight-forward and reasonable whereas others were quoting with a built-in up-charge that they said they would "discount" if I came in to get their tint service. I was able to book same-day and bring the car in. While there, Mr. Ray and his team were more than accommodating, even offering to take me to a nearby mall so I could get something to eat (my appointment was at noon). Too often, appointment windows don't mean anything and tasks and services are rarely completed on-time as proposed or promised. But Mr. Ray and his team were there at noon and got to work right away. They suggested the install time would takes up to two hours and guess what? They were right on the money on that as well. Since this was done on a workday, I really appreciated their prompt and accommodating service. Don't waste your money and, more importantly, your time shopping around with other sub-par establishments. I can save you your time by referring you to Applied Window Film Technologies and they will save you your money and do you right in the process.

Doors and quarter windows had old tint removed and new tint on in around 30 minutes. Then came the rear hatch window. Took 2 guys over 2 hours to peel the old tint off the rear window. Bit by bit. They did not resort to using a scraper to make it easy for themsleves but ruin my rear defrost, they did the right thing, and even though they worked a lot harder and longer, held up to their quote. Great to see a place keep their word and do the right thing. Tint is outstanding overall, my son loves it (wants darker, but it is a dark as legally allowed). Heat reduction makes it so much better now that the heat is here, his A/C has always been a little weak, even when freshly serviced, but now it is not really an issue. I will be using them for any future tinting needs for sure.

One of our doors was incredibly scratched and we had no idea until the new, darker tint was applied. I was certain that these were not scratches in the glass and that there had to be some issue with the installation because nothing ever touched our door that high. Brian came out to show how there were indeed about 100 scratches. He came once to show my assistant manager and then again to show me.
