At 5:45pm, he had not arrived as yet, so we called and he was delayed working with another customer, so he offered to either come out after he finished his job (if we didn't mind), or come out first thing the following morning. We didn't mind either option since we realized we were asking for a quick reply. He actually came out the same night and our chip was fixed by 6:30pm and to a level that only a dot was seen in the place where the chip used to be. We were super pleased! Would highly recommend, and really appreciate the prompt service. Replacing a motorhome windshield for an expanding chip would have cost us thousands, so we appreciate his same-day visit very much!
