I met Scott, and he worked me into the schedule Not only did Scott, fix my waste water tank (which was not welded on by the original builder) they explained to me what they were doing, gave me a realistic assessment if it could be done, made and installed a splash guard same day, hung some shelving and gave me a discount on my first visit!!! They understand food truck life and they care about getting you up and running. That is stellar customer service and I will gladly make the hike for my trailer needs going forward. Kudos to Scott, Travis, and Craig, Kyle for providing exemplary professionalism, being personable, skilled and honest! It was refreshing and I see why you're highly recommended! Mahalo

Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. I arrived at 9:50 and was out by 10:25. Professionally done work. No hassle with using my lifetime warranty. Solid experience to say the least. After a month, I decided to give him another shot since his shop was recommended by a friend. The second time I went out there to get my windshield tinted on 12/7/25 there was debris under the film. I reached out to Dan and sent him a picture of it and he said he may need to replace it. Fast forward to today 12/17/25: I have an appointment on 12/20/25 @ 9am and I had to reach out to Dan because I had decided to not get my daughters windows tinted and just asked him if he could fix my windshield instead. He said " We have plans this weekend with kiddos" and when I asked him about Sunday he said " We havent reached out but will need to cancel as our weekends with the kids have changed" Ok... Wait... So when were you going to let me know that you were canceling? Then texts me saying "My kids will always come first. Please feel free to set up an appt to fix the issue :) have a wonderful day!!" I ALREADY HAD AN APPOINTMENT and no one asked you to "choose" between kids and work. YOU are the one who set the appointment up! Seriously?! Horrible business practices and I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. I will somewhere else to get it done.
