I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. They ordered all the parts required to complete the work and met with the insurance adjuster prior to requesting I bring our MotorCoach to their shop for repairs- once everything was in place the work was completed in only a few days which is exactly what I was looking for. Had a tire that was loosing 7-10 lbs. every 24 hours. Late on Saturday went to a big tire store…read morewhich was opened later. They said they could check the tire in maybe an hour. Waited well over an hour before they took my car back; 5 minutes later came back to tell me there was no leak. Of course I knew there was a leak. The whole time I waited there were workers who were standing around the shop just talking. Sunday morning checked my tire; lost 8 lbs. overnight. Checked again Monday morning; lost another 7 lbs. I remembered that 6 months earlier I had gone to Boulevard Tire Center (BTC) to have a leaky tire repaired. Got up Tuesday morning, put air in my tire again and drove to BTC. Cody Starke welcomed me and had a worker take my car immediately. The tire was removed, the leak found and repaired. Whole process took about 15 minutes and I was on my way.
