I couldn't get into my trunk due to the battery being disconnected (and destroyed) and they went out of their way to help get it open for me. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I needed assistance after a crappy situation. I would recommend them if you ever need a towing service, and have heard by word of mouth that they are skilled and fair with their mechanic service. They then called me the next day at 7:52am (did not answer as I was asleep), then proceeded to show up at my residence at 9:30am and try to take my car. They parked in the back of my house with a tow truck & proceeded to take photos of my car. My husband indicated that I was not home & he did not feel comfortable releasing the car. When I called this company to explain what happened, the same dumb rude girl answered the phone & proceeded to call me a liar because I "didn't have a drivers name". I have him on camera, saying the name of his employer, showing my husband a text he received telling him to come to my home. Apparently they don't begin work until 8am... so please explain the call at 7:52am?? The girl then proceeded to tell me that there was no one else I could speak with when I indicated that she was being very rude & I would like a supervisor. Then she hung up in my face! Little did he know my regular mechanic had just done them seven months ago and the vehicle has only had 4000 miles on it since. So the brakes are like brand new. This place is an absolute rip off read all the one star reviews on Google. Don't trust them to fix anything on your vehicle. Mechanics are an independent business working underneath one an umbrella. They love to lie in order to create work for themselves.
