After I declined it took another 20 minutes for my car to be ready. At checkout, I asked if they used Conventional oil. The guy said no and went to ask for help. Then I was told they could order conventional oil but it would cost $50 more. I asked if I now had to stay with synthetic, another guy said I could go back. I was always under the impression once you switch an older vehicle to synthetic oil and run it through your engine you couldn't go back to conventional. Anyway, Thanks to Tommy's looks like I'm using synthetic now. Won't be going back to Tommy's. Continuing my search for a reputable and reliable place to get my car serviced.

I said I need to get inspection I have been here for a while. Like 15 min! He said well you're not supposed to park here you need to park over there. I said ok I'm sorry! He then proceeds to say you're not supposed to come inside. not see at the it was hazardous to go inside. I said young man I did not go I yelled and you were but I will park over. I never have I'm sorry! He kept on by saying don't you see the arrows. I said yes I understand. I will go and park on the other side. Do you not want to do my inspection and he looked at me with a blank look on his face. Took him a while to answer. I said I guess you don't want my business then. And he said whatever. So I've been saw another guy pulling up. I decided I'd go over and park over where he wants me to park. No problem with that. That guy then comes after me sitting there for. I don't know how long and I said I need to get inspection, but I also need the name and a them a number or email in the guy that I do not have a way to contact the . That's when I decided I would take my business elsewhere. I cannot give a value on the service because I did not get service. So now I'm going down the road to a chain called grease monkey.
