One was able to have their feet done and the other 2 were told they would have a half hour wait which was completely understandable as there were other clients that had appointments. However what is insulting and not acceptable is helping other clients who clearly do NOT have an appointment while telling us we will be helped in 5 minutes. After an hour of this we asked when it would be our turn with no definite answer. It seemed like the workers literally helped whoever they pleased whenever it was convenient for them. Needless to say, we will not be visiting again.
