Honestly for the price ($58) I paid I thought this would last longer event tho it was a basic set, haven't even been a week and the gel has chipped. Don't think it was fully cured. From the pictures you can see on my thumbs like a little bubble by the chipped piece . I don't do luck hard work with my hands as I just fold clothes for a living . So I wasn't being rough. Let me start out by saying these were one of the best sets I've ever had, truly. She did a wonderful job and took her time. They were gorgeous. But I got these done September 5th and the first broke on September 9th. By September 10th, I lost two more. It wasn't even a week. Now it's September 14th and you can see I'm about to lose another one. I'm not sure what the issue is - my last set I had from another salon was longer, so they're not too long for me. I don't work with my hands or have any kind of pressure on my hands during the day. I hate that I paid $60 (with a tip) for 4 days. I've never had acrylics break like this in my life. They're very nice people but lesson learned, and I won't go back. read more

My daughter set an appointment two weeks before homecoming. She had to wait 1.5 hours to get in. Once they were done 2.5 hrs after getting there she was so disappointed. They looked like a kindergartener had done them. She didn't have time to sit there and get them done again. We went there promptly the next day they were open and laughed at. Tina, the owner said you just want your money back because Homecoming is over. That is not true at all. They are not even on straight. Never going back and she didn't care at all. Had nails put on, pedicure. Ended up with fungus on 2 fingers and 2 toes. Will not be going back because of this

Made an appointment for pedicure with my mom. We arrived on time, but was left sitting in the pedicure chairs with no water for 15 minutes! After they finally filled the bowl with water, I was left waiting another 25 minutes before someone finally came to do my pedicure! My mom didn't even get her legs massaged, they just painted her toes. My leg massage was less than 2 minutes long! Why say yes to an appointment time if you're over booked? Won't be back! read more

My pedicure was rushed. My toes weren't even completely painted. I also realized cuticles weren't pushed down. One week later the polish is off. If I hadn't moved away I would've asked for refund. I paid for my sisters full gel manicure and pedicure. Over $100 for all and disappointed. She was happy but she had the owner Tina. So unless you get Tina then best to go elsewhere. read more

If you want a massage during your pedicure do NOT go to Tina's. My friend and I both got a pedicure and the most they both did was run lotion on our legs, didn't even touch our feet for a massage. I also got dip on my nails and asked for a design. She put some kind of sticker on it that I've never seen before, it Came off within 3 days. Let alone she didn't speak barely one word to me the whole time. This would not be the nail place I'd choose. This is by far the worst nail place I have ever been to and the worst "customer service" I have ever received. I took my 12 year old niece there to get a full set of nails because my nail place in Des Moines was booked. Sat down with some guy (not sure his name because he didn't tell us) and he put the plastic part of the nail on first. I told him that she wanted coffin shape. He cut the and immediately I noticed how badly he shaped them they looked like they were ALL zig zag shaped. I waited to say anything until I saw how he put the acrylic on. He put the acrylic on her thumb nail first and he only did half of her thumb and it was bubbly and bumpy. I told my niece I think we should go somewhere else and she agreed. So I quietly went over to the manager Tina, I said hey I'm sorry can we get her nails of please I'm not satisfied with how they look. Immediately she started yelling at me! She said what do you mean they aren't even halfway done how can you tell. She got up and went over to tell him and he started screaming at me with a room full of adults and children and in front of my niece. I said excuse me please lower your voice in front of me niece your being very disrespectful, I asked you nicely To please take them off. He was still screaming saying how can you even tell I'm not even close to done. I said they are crooked and look like zig zags please take them off. Then it turned into a screaming match about how I was wrong and he's never had a customer say this. I grabbed my nieces hand and said let's go we will go get them taken off and done somewhere else. Then he had the audacity to grab my nieces hand and say no sit down we have to take them off here you can't leave with them on. I couldn't even believe that he thought it was okay to even touch her like that and scream at me and get in my face along with the manager yelling at me telling me we had to get them off there. Needless to say we left and I took her somewhere else. I honestly cannot even believe that place is even in business. And Tina was so disrespectful and rude. This place needs shut down and they will be lucky if we don't press criminal charges! STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE! read more

this is the worst manicure I have ever received. it was clear that they were in a hurry were not concerned with the quality at all. i had to ask for my manicurist to fix three of my nails that looked especially atrocious and she didnt even really do that, charged me 18 dollars and left without ever checking to see if they were dry or if i needed anything else. I will never be going back read more
