Even more rude, even more aggressive, and even more nasty than the first time. I asked her if I could look at the gel colors. She threw the basket at me then started telling me to pick from the selection she had at her desk... Um, can't you just get up and grab the color I actually want? The vibe in the salon felt off from the moment we walk in till we…read moreleft. we went for my cousin birthday and when we walked we were told to pick a color and I showed the nail technician my design that I wanted and she said "oh yes I can do that" (she in fact could not).my nails where supposed to have a starfish in one of the fingers and after a couple tries I just told her to do a French tip because she could not make a starfish. the way she did the French tip was she painted half way down my nail and then used nail polish remover to make the french tip shape. Doing this caused it to be uneven and streaky. my cousin ask for a simple French tip and it looks absolutely terrible Every nails are uneven and streaky. When we left she was close to crying because all she wanted for her birthday was her nails done. We went to this place because they had 5 stars and our usual nail place was fully booked. I usually would not write a review but I chose to write this one because the place had 5 stars but the quality we got was less than 1 star.
