Plus free installation has to count for something. Totally happy. Until the estimate came. Maybe I didnt need memory foam padding? Could I get by with that nontexture office carpet? Maybe the stains in my current carpet arent THAT bad. But something told me to check good ol' trusty yelp. I sent one message, just one. In reply I got an up front estimate that beat hd by 1k bucks. Plus super quick service, an additional measure the next day and carpet installed 4 days later (including the weekend!). I had to sacrifice nothing....not the padding, not the warranty and not the style/quality. Everybody has complaints about install, right? I mean, there has to be a catch somewhere? It cant be this freakin easy and afforable. WRONG! The installer came at exactly the time I was told. I mean, to the minute and on the dot. He helped me disassemble a bed, cleaned up every little thing as he went and he even had some good, original jokes. You can just tell when someone not only enjoys what they do but also are really good at it...and this was the vibe i got from the installer. Im incredibly happy with this entire process. I had our pool deck and patio coated by Galaxy 3 years ago. About a year ago I notices that the top…read morecoating was not holding up and eventually the coating started flaking off the cement in places. We have a 15 year warranty, so I was surprised that there were obvious defects this early. I called Galaxy and was directed to Nick. I played phone tag with him for about a week. When we connected by phone, Nick set up an appointment to come and look at our concerns. Surprisingly, Nick agreed there was a problem with the UV layer/topcoat. He advised me that they should take full responsibility and replace the entire pool decking and patio coating based on his assessment. He noted that the chemical company had to change the composition of the topcoat to withstand the Arizona sun. Nick submitted the warranty work and it was approved in about a week. Nick schedules a time/date to perform the work. I am once again very happy with the results. If you decide to use Galaxy ask for Jorge's crew. The job was scheduled for 2 days. Jorge and two other gentlemen got to work and knocked it out in 1 day. It was easy to see that Jorge was very detailed and did not cut corners with the quality of work. The pool was left very clean and they vacuumed my turf and even the landscape rock around the pool. The reason we initially decided to use Galaxy was because we had a lackluster pool contractor that didn't cure our concrete properly and it cracked immediately. Approximately 50% of the pool deck concrete was replaced by order of the ROC. The other 50% was not replaced because the cracking did not fall outside the quality guidelines. Galaxy treated the cracks and filled them to improve the longterm appearance of the pool deck. I am not delusional to believe that the cracks will not eventually return, but I appreciate the process of "repairing" them. The Galaxy coating is unbelievably cool on the feet compared to just about any other surface I have encountered. We researched pavers, travertine, Kool deck, and several others before going with Galaxy. Although Galaxy is not the most reasonable or most expensive, I see the value in their product. I will have to see how the new coating withstands the Arizona summers, but for now, I am very satisfied.

I strongly advise against using Cabinets by C & F or their manufacturer, Superior Cabinets. I hired…read morethem for custom cabinetry throughout my home, and the experience was a nightmare defined by poor workmanship and a total lack of integrity. The issues began when C & F had to remove and reinstall an entire wall of kitchen cabinetry due to their own measurement error. During this process, they caused significant damage to the cabinetry. Rather than being honest, they tried to hide the damage; I had to be the one to point it out. They even attempted to blame my flooring vendor for the damage, yet they refused to meet or speak with that vendor when I offered to facilitate a call. Their "solution" for my brand-new custom cabinets was to use wood filler and faux paint to mask the damage. They also had to lengthen three different areas because the cuts were jagged and sat too high off the floor, handling the kitchen island with the same subpar patchwork. Despite my repeated requests to have the damaged pieces replaced, C & F flatly refused. It is entirely unacceptable to pay full price for "new" custom cabinetry only to be left with a product that has been filled and painted over to hide installation errors. This process caused immense stress and significant delays in my home remodel. Paying for custom, "new" cabinetry and receiving a patched-up product is a major breach of contract and industry standards. Applying wood filler and faux paint is a "cosmetic band-aid" that does not provide the structural or aesthetic longevity I paid for. Both the owners of Cabinets by C & F and the manufacturer, Superior Cabinets, were difficult to work with and refused to stand behind their product or their promises. Save yourself the stress and find a company that values quality and professional accountability.

Let these few words encourage you to read more. We called Tom inquiring about new doors and a security door. He came by and first took measurements to better assist with our decision with what we wanted. He listened and showed us options for review. No pressure to "upgrade" anything. We already had in mind what we wanted and he was able to get us exactly that. We were sold and placed the order. They called when our doors were at their business and set up the installation date. Now here is where it just gets better. The two who arrived were a pleasure to meet. They got started right away prepping the areas that would have some expected debris. We were amazed at what is all entailed when replacing doors. They did not shortcut on anything. They did the check twice cut once approach with everything they did. Once they were done you wouldn't have known they were there. Everything was cleaned up taking with them the debris and old doors. I think you would agree you don't get that with the big box stores. Finally installed we were so happy with the look of them all. What made our decision to work with Red Rock Windows and Doors even better was that the noise from the street was gone. Because they took the time to get it right the gaps from the previous doors were gone so we received great fitting doors. Our next project with Tom and the crew will be getting our windows done.
