After the assessment, we found that she was about 1/2 way through 2nd grade in math and the reality was that she was finishing her 3rd grade year. Mr. Dean asked her, "When you think about who is the best in math in your class, is there a student you think of?" She of course answered him. He followed up with, "If this time next year, the other students don't think of you, I'm not doing my job." I felt that was an impressive and bold statement but I was sold and willing to give it a go. He explained the curriculum and what parent involvement would be, etc. My daughter has grown leaps and bounds in math. There have been highs and lows and times where she was not thrilled to be having to have tutoring but the moments where she exclaims, "I'm a mathematician!" make it all worth it. Although now she is at grade level (just finished 4th grade) we have no intentions on stopping. It is so amazing to see her with such confidence. The staff has been so great. Mr. Dean and Miss Allison are always willing to listen to any concerns and answer any questions. If you are considering tutoring for your child, you have nothing to lose by at least having the consultation. I highly recommend Mts. Edge Kumon.

That is all this complaint is about, your staff are excellent and do a great job teaching our daughter. It's 50 dollars that you never earned. Doesn't make good business sense to keep the deposit when you were the one that changed the times. And as not being a named customer, do you need everyone's name from the family..I pay the tutor bills too.
