Have local family who told us about Tim's trailers. We go up a couple times a year for over 20yrs. We didn't feel like driving an RV up to the lake this year, and this was soooo much easier. Tim delivered and set up the trailer, as well as a table and chairs, and a mat in front of the trailer. It was nice and clean, fridge and stove, a coffee maker, and the generator was set up and ready to go. We just showed up, set up inside the trailer, had a great weekend, loaded back up into our truck, and left. He came and picked up the trailer. I will do this every year from now on. PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I left Tim a message regarding trailer availability the week between Christmas & New Years. Within 30min, Tim called me and spent about 20min just chatting. When we finally got on the topic of trailers- Tim had a few options for me to look at on his website. This was our first "Brady Bunch" camping trip, so I needed lots of room; 3 teenage boys and 1 teenage girl plus my wife and I. We chose the 36' Jayco "Dual Slideout Bunkhouse." I told Tim our campsite number at Rivernook in Kernville and the trailer/campsite was ready upon our arrival! There was a folding table set up with two plastic chairs and two folding chairs at the fire pit with a bundle of wood, a large area mat (about 12x20) and the outside kitchenette was ready to go. (The wood, chairs, table and area mat were all a nice surprise!) The trailer had PLENTY of room. My wife & I had the queen bed front room, step daughter had the couch/bed & 3 boys had the bunkhouse in the back. Even though we had to stay inside for an entire day with pouring rain- the trailer never felt small. With Tim's wife due in a few weeks, he did not let anything slip through the cracks! Tim was a life saver!! After searching and messaging, my family and I were so lucky to be able to get a hold of Tim because he hooked us up. He was able to move things around with his reservations and was able to rent us the Bullet which is the RV we wanted. He was able to deliver it at the time we needed and his staff was so nice and patient with us. He set up the RV for us, provided us with the info needed on how to us and even picked it all up when we were done. The RV came with everything we needed. Outside rug, chairs, table, outside kitchen , fishing net and the interior was huge. The beds were comfy and having the night light and fan kept us fresh all night. Tim really saved this trip for us, I was considering not going if we were not going to be able to get an RV. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are very happy we went with Tims Trailers on our recent camping trip to Kernville. He was very responsive to all my texts (and I sent him a lot lol). Our trailer was dropped early and was ready and waiting for us when we got there. He dropped off all the things we needed and even a few extras that I requested. We aren't trailer owners so we aren't familiar with the way things worked so again I texted him several times with basic questions that he answered right away. This is the way to go when 'glamping' near the Kern River and Lake Isabella area. We did a lot of research prior to our trip back in May. We wanted to camp, but be able to sleep away from the elements, bugs, and heat. As far as accommodations go in the area, it's either roughing it or spending $$$ for the few cabins in the area. I think Tim found the right balance with his service. Everything went well without a hitch. Just give him a call and decide where you want to go, and he pretty much takes care of the rest. We recently rented a trailer from Tim's Trailers when we were in the Kernville area. I had high expectations going into it because of the excellent customer service and communication from both Tim and Heather prior to our arrival. My family was not disappointed when we arrived and found a sparkling clean, new trailer all set up for us. In addition to the cleanliness, our trailer was stocked with bedding, toiletries, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, and many of the items that you would normally have to purchase and pack for a camping trip. We were part of a church group that went to the kern river this year. We all rented from Tim and it was incredible. So much easier than dragging all of our stuff. Tim provided most of what we needed. We just got home from camping at Headquarters on the Kern River, and we used Tim's Trailers. We can't say enough great things about Tim, the owner. We rented a 3 queen bed pop out trailer for our 4 nights stay. The trailer was super clean and big enough to sleep our party of 8 people. Tim included a table and fire wood, which was super helpful.
