When I contacted him to ask what part of the seat and floor he steam cleaned his response is this is how it dried if it dried this way it was not properly cleaned. Horrrrrrible value horrible service horrible cleaning. He arrived half an hour late. I work from home and had work meetings. Had he arrived at the scheduled time I wouldn't have been rushed and I could have taken my time to greet him and look at my car when he was done. Never said the work was fantastic I ran down didn't get to look at it and said thanks and because I'm a decent person left a tip. I wasn't able to look deeply at the work until I was done working and once I did I texted him back.

Superclean is a small locally owned business run by a husband and wife team. It is located just off hwy 17 and not obvious from the road. They give an estimate and schedule only one vehicle a day with a deposit. I scheduled one week out. Drop off at 930 and pick up by 4. They provide free transport if needed. Now frankly, I was a bit floored when the first estimate was $1200. It included cream coating exterior damage, engine cleaning, full undercarriage cleaning, the works. That was out of my budget so we dropped off the engine, the undercarriage and the cream coat. We settled on $800 for headlight cleaning, interior heat/steam extraction, over all cleaning and exterior wash/wax. I dropped it off and I returned just before 4pm. I was looking at a car that resembled mine, except this car looked pretty much new! The engine was sparkling, the tires were sparkling, the scratches were reduced and some even disappeared! The interior was like new. Every mark, stain, and piece of dirt, food, leaves, debris - GONE!! I was in shock in the very best way! I could not believe the attention to detail! Amazing! Yes it was expensive, but not when I consider everything is done on site BY HAND, in one day! I don't think most cars are driven off the lot in as good condition as my car! The engine and wheels were thrown in just out of the goodness of their heart. These two owners are NICE people. They work REALLY hard, they take great pride in the service they provide and don't take any short cuts. They recognize some people are willing and able to invest money in maintaining the appearance of their vehicle. Before this I would have dropped this amount on mechanics, and never considered maintaining my car's interior and exterior. Now I am so proud driving around my new looking car, and no french fries, dirty shoes or leaves allowed! If you are looking for this type of attention to detail and want to invest in your vehicle, give this local business your business. If you want some cheap car wash vacuum service, this is not it. This business is first class all the way!

Pros: -He was early and got it done within 2 hours from the booked time we agreed on. -Scent was nice! -Very kind individual. Very respectful. Cons: -Love that you were early (which is why I tipped) but I think you rushed a bit. There is still a light vomit scent as well as small amounts that were not cleaned up and missed. -Scent is great, but please let people know what scents you're using. I like it, but because I use this vehicle to transport multiple people, someone might be allergic depending on what you're using. I also didn't get the option to choose what scent I wanted, but I also didn't ask either. -at the end, you had a bit of trouble with a proper payment system. Cashapp and apple pay are the way to go, but you didn't have either one available for yourself. Paypal, zelle or even getting a square tap device would help you better. Happens often, but if I didn't have multiple ways of payment it would have delayed your time to get to your next customer trying to figure things out. Always be prepared!
