I made sure to patronize the store as a thank you for the free WiFi. I tend to stay away from coffee due to my own personal issues but I did get the Butterfly drink and it was refreshingly tasty! I liked the tropical blend of guava, passion fruit, mango, pineapple and butterfly pea flower. Summer skies used to be my go-to but if I can find this drink at my nearest Starbucks, I would definitely seek it out.

The truffle itself is delicious and it's coated in a crackling candy so it's like having the fizz of the champagne in your mouth. My second favorite is the chocolate covered orange peel but then I just love orange and chocolate and it's difficult to really go wrong here. What I have NOT done but would love to is a tour. Tours are $5.75 per person for groups over 12. You get to taste 4 -5 different chocolates and learn about where they come from. Tours run Tues - Fri and they don't seem to do them daily or really to often as I've never been able to set something up when I've tried.

We basically tried all the olive oils, the white vinegars and black vinegars. I didn't know that the vinegars could be added to soda water to make light summer refreshments! Each of these also had a recipe card to refer to so you get inspiration too. Staff was really helpful and probably quite amused by how excited we were to learn and try all the different products. It was clean and a comfortable environment so we didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything, but we genuinely wanted to bring home so many flavours and different types of products. She helped me build my set of vinegars for ice-teas, dips and dressings. She was very knowledgeable about flavor profile and specific olive oils with health benefits. I really enjoyed shopping at the store and am loving using the vinegars and oils.
