I went to Doctor Noble for Sports medicine. I had long term groin pain, that was not addressed by pain medication, acupuncture and cortisone injections and physical therapy. I have various back issues based on at least 6 MRI over the years. Doctor Noble reviewed the two recent MRI of my groin and back. The visits included adjustments, cold laser therapy and manipulations by Doctor Noble. I reminded him repeatedly that I had back issues. After several months, I had numb feet and hands, electrical shocks down my left leg and severe back pain. That was about a year ago. I was diagnosed with neuropathy and am now taking Gabapentin three times a day. The feet, primarily the left foot, are still numb. I will have neuropathy permanently. As it turns out, my back was not the issue. An active release expert diagnosed it as a tilted pelvis. Much of the groin pain was gone after one session. A tilted pelvis should have been considered not just by Doctor Noble, but the rest of my so called experts over the last six years. I like Doctor Noble, but he caused a long term medical issue for me. This is what happens, when you treat the pain instead of the source of the pain. read more

One of Dr. Noble's assistants caused my dad to become fully disabled 23 years ago, when I was just 10 years old. He then paid off doctors to lie in trial to save his license. My dad passed away this week. I watched him suffer, in agonizing pain every single day for the past 23 years and never got my dad back. He eventually stopped eating because of the nerve disease and pain, leading to his death. It feels like what was already a ghost of him died. Sound like a horrific nightmare? It was. I was daddy's little girl. I want Dr. Noble to know that I've never forgotten that he essentially killed my dad. He is a vile man and deserves to have lost his business. I cannot emphasize enough not to trust this shameful man. Go literally anywhere else. read more

I've been hesitant with regards to writing this review because I'm sure that a man who has had a practice for so many years is obviously doing something right. Therefore, I will stick to the facts of what I have personally experienced in the hopes that this establishment and its staff will change their methods and better their customer service. Let's be clear, I only went to this Chiropractor about 4 times and that is ONLY because their office is close to my home as well as it is the only office close by that accepts my insurance. It is NOT because I enjoy their patient care. EVERY single visit I had was with a scheduled APPOINTMENT (all caps for emphasis because it is needed) and every single visit, I had to wait between 30 minutes to an hour to see the Chiropractor. On my second visit I asked the woman at the front desk why I had to wait so long when I had an appointment, and she dismissingly told me that the chiropractor sees multiple patients and also performs physical therapy. **Each adjustment I received typically took 5 minutes. Never more than 10 at the most** The final visit I had was the same, I waited one hour from my appointment time to be seen and this is what happened during my adjustment.... Chiropractor: How are you doing? (crack snap pop) Me: I would be better if I didn't have to wait an hour to be seen by you. (crack snap pop) Chiropractor: Well if you want to avoid the wait you should come 10 minutes before we open or 10 minutes before we close. (crack snap pop) Me: Well you see I have two jobs and I make an appointment so that I can make it to my.... (Chiropractor walking away before I can even finish my statement) Then today I received a bill from this office for a service I never received. $30 for "laser".... To which i don't even know what they use a laser for, I've never had any machine from that office used on me, and I have no idea where the confusion lies. I called the office and the woman on the phone was very nice and said she would look into it and call me back in 20 minutes. I never received a call back and when I called I got their voicemail. And this Chiropractor did nothing more than adjust me, he didn't offer any stretches or solutions to my pain. He just took my copay and cracked my bones. Nothing more nothing less. Those are the facts and here is my opinion.... How does this man justify making me and other patients wait so long for care and he can't even let me finish talking before walking out the door? I find it very rude, and I am more than certain that his team can come up with a better scheduling method. My last and favorite chiropractor (who unfortunately does not accept my insurance) never had anyone wait that long and had an extremely organized and efficient scheduling method. I think the problem with this office is that they are greedy and try to schedule too many people as well as accept walk ins, just to make money without any concern of peoples schedules and lives. So dear reader, it is your call wether you want to try this Chiropractor. At least now you will be well informed that if you do go there, expect to wait up to an hour from your SCHEDULED APPOINTED TIME. That is of course, unless you arrive 10 minutes before opening or 10 minutes before closing. And that is straight from the horses mouth. I recommend Pure Health Chiropractic in Tustin. I'm starting to think paying out of pocket is worth it. read more

Got to my appointment 5 minutes early, waited 15 minutes past the appointment time, and I was told I am waiting for an exam room to open up. Then I was told have to wait in the exam room as well. It looked like a good 30 minutes of waiting past my appointment time before I could be seen. I had to leave because I needed to get back to work. read more

Dr. Noble is the best! He has helped me so much with any back issues I've ever had. He has treated me for a while now and I even went to him when I had a pinched nerve while I was 36 weeks pregnant. Most recently he helped alleviate excruciating sciatic pain from my pregnancy as well. He is honest, trustworthy, and gets the job done. I can't thank him or recommend him enough! read more

Misdiagnosed. Lied to. Extorted If this review can help save one person from going to to Dr. Noble's Chiropractic then I will feel that this experience was not in vain. 1. Misdiagnosed - After attending the recommended number of sessions and having no improvement in my pain, I went to an Orthopedist that helped me get on the right track. Upon hearing about my "treatment" at Dr. Nobles, they laughed and said that none of it was backed by any science and that, if anything, it was worsening my back problem. If you are in pain, please go to a professional. 2. Lied to - As I'm sure we've all had bad experiences with insurance billing, I am always overly careful to inquire MULTIPLE times about the expected charges before receiving treatment. I was told three times that my insurance covered the time here, and I even asked if I should call personally, to which they told me "not to worry". Disturbingly, several months later I receive multiple bills. I call Noble's office and am told "not to worry, we will take care of it". This turned out to be another lie. 3. Extorted - Three months later, I receive notice from a collections agency. Upon calling Noble's office to clear up the misunderstanding, I am transferred to a very rude lady named Ann. She smugly tells me that she has no intention of honoring what their employees "mistakenly said" since they need to "pay the bills". She interrupted me and insulted me until I had to hang up. While I know little about Dr. Noble as a person, I know that this is a business that should be avoided. I hope this story helps you make an informed decision, and if you choose to go here, I encourage you to get EVERYTHING in writing. read more

Shady business practices. In hindsight, we have now learned of a number of lawsuits that have been filed against this place. It was hard to watch my husband wait over an hour for every scheduled appointment to only be seen for a few minutes each time. They try to schedule many appointments in a very short time (~3 per week) to get the bill tallied as high as possible. I don't want to say too much, but even some of the employees confided in him about the money-mindedness of this place. They will trick you if they can. Please don't give them the chance. read more

Dr. Noble is the most passionate, caring chiropractor you will ever go to. I have never been disappointed with my visits. He always explains what he is going to do and why this has happened. I started going to go to Dr. Noble's office a couple of weeks ago. I was having sever sciatic pain and neck pain. I was quite impressed with the office staff as well as the professional staff. They were all super friendly and quick to get me taken care of. It is a busy office, but they get you in and out pretty quickly. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Noble! I have been going to him for years and he got me through some tough times when I was playing competitive softball in high school and college by keeping me on the field and making injuries more bearable to play through. I now work a full time desk job and going to post grad school while still trying to be as active as possible. All of these keep my body going but at times I still get super stiff and full of tension. No matter how much time passes, I will also go back to Dr. Noble as long as he's practicing when my body needs helps because he always gets me back where I need to be and I fully trust his process. Unfortunately I did not even get the chance to meet Dr. Noble. This review is for the extremely rude receptionist. I made an appointment as a new patient and when I headed to my appt I googled Dr. Noble and his location came up in my maps app on my phone. When I got there I could not locate the office. I walked around for a few minutes before calling the office to get directions. When I explained my issue with the receptionist she informed me that the office location changed and gave me the correct address. This is clearly something other patients have encountered before. I mentioned that it would be helpful to let new patients know of this issue as most people probably type the Dr.'s name into their google maps app on their phone just as I did. The receptionist then very rudely told me that the address is correct on the website and that "Dr. Noble does not control google." I was so shocked by her response. I cancelled the appt. Chiropractors are a dime a dozen. Hopefully I'll find an office with more professional staff. read more

Dr. noble is the best. i was in a major car crash and he is helping me get better. i was not getting around to good when i first started to go to dr nobles and slowly now i am feeling a little better. his staff is great and his hours are very easy to get an appt. i think with out him i wouldnt be getting around at all yet. he knows what hes doing and i trust him read more

I have been to about 6 chiropractors over the past 20 years and I have made more progress with Dr. Noble than the others. In some ways, Dr. Noble has become more like my primary doctor than my MD is. Noble is very knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner and sincerely cares about the patients he sees. He has always been willing to take the time to 'educate' me when I've asked to understand what was causing a particular problem. Since I play sports and I'm 57 y/o, Noble's Sports Medicine Training has been invaluable since I injure more easily and I don't heal as quick as I use to. I have insurance that pays him a very modest amount plus my $15 co-pay and I feel guilty because he always gives me whatever added therapies (on top of an adjustment) that he feels I would benefit from even if the insurance won't pay anymore; e.g., heat therapy, electrical stimulation of muscles, etc.. He is definitely underpaid for the services he provides me, but that's Dr. Noble; it is not about money to him...just helping me. I have been going to him for close to 10 years now and he is the only chiropractor that I have referred friends to and their experiences have mirrored my own. He's trustworthy, smart, helpful and goes the extra mile. I don't know what more I could expect from a chiropractor. Some chocolate cookies on the pillow at night would be nice, but I know that is expecting too much from him. :-) Oh, and he has a great sense of humor, too. Staff is professional and efficient and works well with him. I've known a lot of doctors in my life and I would rank Dr. Noble in the top 5%. It is hard to imagine how you could go wrong with this guy. read more

I never really believed in chiropractic medicine, but Dr. Tim Noble has made me a believer! I was in severe pain all weekend - heat, ice, stretching, muscle relaxants, pain pills...nothing worked. Dr. Noble immediately identified my problem, educated me as to why I was having pain, started treatment and told me what I could expect over the next week (which was 100% accurate). I know had I not gone to him I would have been laid up on the floor unable to move for weeks. A week later I am back to running, traveling and almost entirely pain free. Also need to mention how wonderful his staff is to work with and how accommodating and flexible they are in scheduling appointments. Three cheers for Dr. Noble and his staff!! read more

I visited with Anaheim Hills Chiropractic Clinic a couple of years ago and all I have to say is this office is dishonest in the way of doing business, financial gain is there first priority and then your health. The first thing they want is for you to commitment three times a week for several weeks pilling up charges for your insurance, med-pay and or for you to pay. They are not flexible or reasonable in anyway. This office just throws you to the lawyers with a smile when you try to negotiate. I know several people who have been to this practice and received no improved health benefits just empty pockets. I think when someone misrepresents their practice it just shows desperation. Consumer beware of this place, there are other Chiropractors that are good and will not put you through this unnecessary round of treatment. read more

I was in excruciating pain all weekend, after icing, heating, and stretching I still couldn't get my mid back to relax. After seeing dr Jason berry this morning he referred me to dr noble for further treatment. I went straight over without an appt to see if I could fill out any paperwork and make an appt, but they squeezed me in on the spot! He recognized my problem right away and began treatment- I know it's going to take a few sessions to sort this out but I left feeling better already because now I have hope, and a great chiropractor on my side. It's important for me to mention I have never seen a chiropractor before, so he and his staff took the time to explain everything to me including costs. They accept most insurance but without wanting to go through the hassle and possibly paying more than necessary I decided to be a cash patient because his cost is pretty low. Dr. Noble and his team of professionals at Anaheim Hills Chiropractic are terrific. After a car accident, I was afraid my injuries (although minor) would keep me from physical training, participating in musical events (avid percussionist), and slow me down. My job is very demanding and I feared losing time off of work due to pain and discomfort. Within just a few visits and adjustments I was already feeling relief. I was relieved to hear my treatment plan included a discharge plan - I wasn't getting sucked into a career-chiro treatment that I would never be free from. No - Dr. Noble expected me to get better and get back to my busy, active life PAIN FREE. I was also glad to hear my recovery included my commitment to sticking to his plan.
