From Botox to dental I trust him/them to make the best decision for me , he is patient in explaining questions or concerns and goes over options , he isn't all about a dollar ,at one point I wanted to just extract some teeth and have implants done by him (because he does an excellent job )and while it is the most costly option and he could have easily agreed he explained that it just wasn't necessary and there are more options and I just just felt that spoke volume compared to other dentist I've been to , I feel that he genuinely cares and is looking out for his patients in all dynamics, same with botox I have a couple of friends that tbh their Dr should be ashamed and should have drawn a line on when to stop , and that sounds terrible but it's true , and I'm so happy that I have a great botox Dr that I can trust and is pretty damn honest and does a wonderful job ! Also Jessica is a desk dime , she's always so helpful , uplifting , and super sweet , I'd give 20 stars for this place and employees

From the time I walked in as a new patient I knew I was in a special place. Everyone was friendly, professional and the MOST thorough exam in my life. He had to have a root canal, and a cap put on his tooth because Germantown Dental never caught his cavity when it was small. He almost lost his tooth, and we had to pay several hundred dollars to have it fixed. It is upsetting that Germantown Dental missed this diagnosis. I would never, ever trust their Dentists again.

It was pain-free, and with very high quality results. This is the third crown he has installed for me over the years I've seen him - all great. I have a pre-existing fear of going to the dentist because of painful memories as a child. He and his staff have allowed me to work through those fears. They would email me, text and call everyday to remind me of my appt. I asked them to just leave me one message. Susan, in her usual condescending tone, said I've put a note on your file to not contact you, I said one contact is fine not 15. She said "if you can remember" Fast forward. Was outta town. She called to ask if I was coming in. I said no, didn't know I had an appointment. No one ever called that one time. Susan was trying to make a point. That was my last interaction. I've found a new dentist. I told them it was so nice to deal with nice people.

My dentist Andy although from Mississippi is both a New England Patriots fan and a HUGE Red Sox fan who attends games at Fenway!! Now if that wasn't enough to make him awesome he's actually a big fan of Veterans and he's really excellent at being a dentist but even more than that he's a considerate person who explains everything in layman terms with analogies and actually listens to his parents. I say that makes him one of the truly good ones, and my wife has been his patient for some time now and she's a big fan and her dental health has never been better. I got some extensive exams and workups done but unfortunately, it was not completed before moving. Here's the coolest thing, my new cool dentist is the bomb and believe it or not he is also a HUGE new England Patriots fan, what are the odds? :-) Bottom line: This is a pleasant and efficient dental office with a nice and professional staff.
