I spent a lot of money for braces, and I feel that the orthodontist should have been open minded and more concerned with my issues that the employees caused. It made me very upset to where I was crying in the car because of how much it felt like the orthodontist did not care. His attitude was very bad and he was unprofessional. Although the force of the first retainer did move my teeth to a better position, I am still highly dissatisfied with the overall attitude of this company. How likely is it that you will go back to this service firm? 1 - extremely unlikely Why? It is extremely unlikely that I will be going back to this service firm because I am very upset about how unprofessional Smile Straight Orthodontics is. They could be a very good company if they changed their attitudes and were more concerned with their patients and meeting their needs. Not very not very happy with the outcome that I have with a partial denture . After several…read moreimpressions and several fittings and two partial dentures later it still fits like an old like an old shoe . Talking to the people that work there . The person that cleaned my teeth I found out through conversation that she learned her trait there, not in school . She did a good job but the person who took my impressions . Said she learned how to do everything there at the office with no schooling . Point being The Impressions were terrible ended up taking the last one myself . And unhappy with my partial . I had to take it I was moving to Oregon . I should have had them carved out of wood . My suggestion is find who knows what they're doing . I have to flood this partial with so much denture cream . And it still doesn't do any good . My suggestion is to run!
