She is demanding I change my review on the knot. Why? I don't know. She hasn't fixed the photos…read moreI've been asking to be fixed for months. I told her if she fixed the photos I would update my review. I hope no one else goes through this. I gave her money for a canvas print, so many photos, a USB, and printed pictures. I haven't received any of them. All I have are some photos on a digital website! Many photos are almost perfect doubles, and several edited ones are broken, and have watermarks. When I asked for a refund for all the things I don't seem to be receiving she refused. She said she is covered in her contract, when only the first payment is kept as a retainer. She also lost the first look photos with my father and refused to tell me about it for a month. All she has offered in compensation is another photo shoot, and a leather bound wedding album. But I haven't received anything else I paid for but maybe 40%. It even says in her contract that she is to refund for last or damaged goods. Which I have a lot of! I have receipts too. Photos of everything. I wish this was just me being rude. But no this is me trying to get back the wasted money me and my family spent. She has caused us so much stress. I've taken every avenue to try and work things out with her. Next step involves a lawyer. So just watch yourself with her. I hope no one else goes through this. I will give her credit, she does amazing work 90% of the time. all I've been asking is for her to make it right.

Edit: After texting her again after I posted this review, I got the link to the few photos she did…read moretake, as well as confirmation of my refund processing. I booked Ashley for a family photo shoot at a cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. We wanted to hire a photographer who was local to the area, knew the landscape, and was willing to come to our Airbnb to take the photos. I filled out a contract and put a deposit down. I texted 10 days before our scheduled appointment time to confirm, and Ashley asked if we could move up our appointment to accommodate for light, which was no problem. The day of our appointment, after 15 minutes past our appointment had gone by with no word, I realized that the address I had originally given was incorrect. When I texted Ashley to tell her, she said she was running behind anyway and wouldn't be at our location until an hour after our appointment time. When she did arrive, she said that she had a flat tire and had to have someone give her a ride. However, about 10 minutes into our appointment, she said that she had to leave and that she couldn't explain, she just had to go. I then received a text saying that she was afraid of heights, was starting to have a panic attack, and that she would refund my deposit. I thought this was odd since -- as I said -- we wanted a photographer who was familiar with the area, knowing that Broken Bow is in a more elevated part of Oklahoma. However, I said that would be fine, and to please process it within a week, by the following Friday. It's been almost a month, and I have not received my refund, despite asking a few times and being told once that it was being processed.

They were both very professional and made me and my husband feel very at ease, which made our candid photos turn out great! Their prices were unbelievably reasonable for the length of time they worked with us and for them traveling to our wedding. We cannot speak highly enough of their work, and we are so thankful to have such wonderful photos of our biggest day together! They both put tons of extra effort in to make our photos phenomenal-- we are still getting compliments about our wedding photos two months later. Highly recommend!!
