All I can say is WOW!!!!!!! I wanted to do a surprise birthday party for my husband and I decided on this company to rent a cabin. We rented the Country Cabana First off I am OCD on cleanliness. This cabin was maculate!! It was EXTREMELY CLEAN!!!! The cabin had wood floors threw out and they were like polished glass!!! Second off this cabin literally came with everything!! I'm not even exaggerating! The kitchen was fully equipped with EVERYTHING! There was a full pantry with all your kitchen accessories, seasonings, stuff to make cake, coffee, creamer and even a juicer! I'm telling you everything! Bathrooms had everything, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and bubble bath,towels. Laundry room was stocked with laundry soap and stain remover. This cabin had tvs threw out the place, inside and out. Lots of broad games, pool table, corn hole, pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. You don't even need to leave the cabin. If you did for any reason at the entrance to the cabins there is a grocery store, liquor store and mini golf/go-carts. I highly recommend this cabin! I will come back to this cabin, it was the best experience!! read more

Our stay @ #Seven Eagles Cabin by Vacation Broken Bow Lake was a good one with pros and cons that everyone should be aware of. Pros: Fairly secluded, well furnished cabin at a great price. The Seven Eagles cabin is great for couples looking for a little room, yet still wanting to enjoy a cozy cabin feel. The small patio is great for a morning cup of coffee and the eagles carved in the post add to the great ambiance. The cabin is located back in the woods, 5-10 minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown so the location is ideal for cabin goers wanting a getaway without being to far away. Cons: The cons aren't necessarily detractions from renting but things you will want to consider. The Seven Eagles boast two rooms, however one is only accessible via a ladder and even for the young is pretty steep. Their is only one shower and it is in the master bathroom and cut off from the rest of the cabin. The shower is also designed for someone less than 6' tall. The hot tub is drained after each rental (pro) but that means you won't be able to enjoy it on your first day due to not having time to get up to temperature. The steps up to the cabin are slippery and can be difficult to navigate with heavy luggage, so elderly beware. During our stay there were multiple lights out or not working which was a nuisance more than anything else. BIGGEST SURPRISE: Although the rental doesn't include a daily charge that many furnished cabins do, we were surprised by a hand written note requiring us to wash our towels and not the bedding. First, having renters do laundry for towels other people will use on their body doesn't feel sanitary. Secondly, having to do laundry for ~2hrs on your vacation is not fun, especially since you will likely have to do it on the last day which already ends early with an 11am checkout. The cabin rental also requires you to take out the trash and do dishes which aligns with the rental agreement to "leave the cabin tidy". However, there is something very unsanitary about asking previous renters to clean all the items for the next renters. read more

I highly recommend cabins from this company. Our cabin is immaculate and beautiful! It seems so secluded because we are surrounded by trees and wildlife. Yet it is very close to all of the local attractions. Three choices of outdoor seating with a fire pit, gas grill, and a hot tub! read more

Just got back from our first trip to Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. We loved them both! So beautiful and so much fun! We looked into cabins about a month in advance and many were already reserved. We knew we wanted to be able to bring our dog as well which narrowed down the search. Vacation Broken Bow Lake came up with an available cabin; the Serenity Cabin. Sounded peaceful, and the photos and description had us thinking it would be a perfect mix of comfort and seclusion. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived, we learned that our cabin wasn't secluded at all. It was nestled between two other houses right off of the highway. On plus side, one of the houses owns a gang of farm animals: horses, goats, a pig, and a donkey named Juan. They were a welcome addition and spent much of their time grazing right on the other side of our fence. The company itself was pleasant and easy to work with. They emailed us a key code to get into the house a few days before arrival and simple asked us to clean up and lock up before we left. Super simple. Loved that. Aside from lacking a little privacy, this place had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend and we will surely be back. Though we might be trying a different cabin, and will definitely be booking further in advance. read more

It is with mixed emotions that I write this review. We rented the River Rendevous cabin in the Fall and had the most wonderful weekend. The cabin is comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. We loved the river views and wide open space for the kids to play and explore. It was such a wonderful experience we couldn't wait to go back. We returned for Spring Break this year, and while we loved the cabin again, our trip was significantly dampened by the owner's 2 German Shepherds who roamed unleashed. We have small kids - 5 and 7 - who are not accustomed to being around dogs, and while I'm sure those two are wonderful pets, they are strange dogs to our family. We called the owners to report the dogs, and they were verbally dismissive to our request for them to come get them saying "they are harmless, they're just pets". Ultimately they did come and remove the dogs to only have them return less than an hour later. They hung out on our porch, so our kids were terrified to go outside. When we did finally convince them, they dogs jumped on and chased them, and ended up knocking a little girl to the ground (not ours), biting at her hair, and pulling on her clothes. If it had not been for this experience, we would most definitely be returning to this cabin. If you don't mind the dogs hanging around, this is probably a great cabin for your vacation. If you have kids, I would recommend staying away. read more

My husband and I stayed here and really loved our weekend! The location is perfect - by lots of nature trails and Broken Bow Lake. The cabin was off of the main road for great access but just deep enough in the forest not to hear traffic and feel remote. Best part of all? They're dog friendly! The owner installed lots of small details to make the cabin feel special. On the outside, they installed lights that sparkle in the trees at night and the covered patio had a giant mounted TV visible from the hot tub. My husband loved the beer fridge outside. The inside felt like a rustic cabin with wooden walls but had all the needed amenities like a dishwasher and luxurious shower. The bed had a pillow top and was extremely comfortable. They also ordered all of the movie channels if you wanted a movie night. The owner was very responsive and nice. A great experience and would return!! read more

A beautiful and peaceful stay at the Seven Eagles cabin. The cabin was amazingly clean and spacious! The fully equipped kitchen was just great! So many amenities were provided and it really made us feel welcomed! This was our first trip to Oklahoma and I am absolutely so glad that we chose to go with this cabin! Ain't Life Grand Cabin This cozy secluded cabin is a GEM! Perfect for 2 people with a wonderful back deck that looks out into the forest. The hammock is perfect for relaxing,napping, and star gazing. We even had a bird nest with little birds on the deck. Nice kitchen, with garbage disposal,dishwasher, and nice appliances. The Ain't Life Grand bottle of wine was such a personal touch. We loved the music theme decor, a nice change from the usual fishing decor. We will definitely be back! read more

Please save yourself a lot of headache and DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with this company. We stayed in the Desperado cabin expecting it to be the perfect weekend trip in celebration of our anniversary, and it was anything but. The second we stepped in the door we couldn't help but notice the strong smell of sewage in the downstairs bathroom and bedroom emanating into the kitchen, living area, and making it's way upstairs. Fortunately it was only my girlfriend and myself and we didn't bring additional guests. The whole point of choosing this particular cabin was the bathroom, which was full of septic fumes and unable to be used. We stayed upstairs as an attempt to distance ourselves from the smell of raw sewage, but we had to open all the doors and windows and let cold air in to ventilate the building. Nothing like a cold, stinky cabin to enjoy! We got upstairs and observed a total of three cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom in addition to a mucous-like substance on one of the pillow cases. There was no dish soap or laundry detergent, so after going 15 minutes down to Walmart and 15 minutes back we got the privilege of washing the bedding before we were able to use that. We contacted a manager who came out and "couldn't find anything wrong", but admits that the cabin stinks of sewage. We were offered another cabin to finish our stay, late on the last night of our stay! We should've just left and got a motel room. We shouldn't of had to pay for this disgusting stay. The owner contacted us late the next afternoon and was extremely rude to my girlfriend, and stated that he would make sure no other company would rent to us, and never to return to Broken Bow. They comped us a single night. The worst "customer service" we have ever experienced. We stayed at Bear Mountain Lodging last time earlier this year and highly recommend them. read more

The Lake House was amazing, large, beautiful house and area around it. Great location. Only odd thing is that the 3rd floor bedroom there are no curtains and no bathroom upstairs and no access to the porch that is built off of it (door dead bolted). The bottom floor sleeps 8 with one small bathroom. Other than that it was greatness!! read more

Enjoyed a great trip out to Broken Bow area and booked a cabin through Vacation Broken Bow Lake. Stayed in The Rivers Rendezous cabin situated right along side of the Glover River. The river was about 35 yds from the cabin with a great view and easy access. The cabin itself was amazing. There was plenty of privacy and seclusion with wildlife all around. There was a gas grill, charcoal grill, and even a canoe right outside for our use. Would absolutely book here again. read more

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days at Heaven's Hideaway. First I want to say how wonderful the management company was in communicating with me. This was our first stay so I had a lot of questions. They were very quick to answer my emails. This size cabin was perfect for our family. It has 1 private bedroom down stairs and a bedroom up stairs that is a good size with a twin bed adjacent to it. The porch was very nice since it wraps around 34 of the cabin we were able to spend a lot of time outside. There is a hot tub located at the back of the cabin that fits 4 that is in good shape. We took our children on the trip with us so it was really nice to have a bath tub in our bedroom so they could clean up after being out on the lake as the bathroom has a shower only. The cabin comes with a TV and cable both downstairs and upstairs which was nice when we didn't want to be out in the sun or outside we still had some entertainment. We had an issue when we first got there but Ray who helps manage the cabin immediately came to fix the issue for us and had it back up within an hour. I read several comments on other sites about the steep driveway and I have to say.. it's true. We took my father in law's Dodge Ram 1500 and a trailer/boat. Well, I had no idea just how rough and steep the drive would be and I let him go up the drive with the truck AND the boat. Needless to say he REALLY struggled to get up the hill on the way out with the boat on the trailer. It tore up his tires bad. (im told they're working on getting the drive paved so it may be different by the time you stay). Again, Ray was helpful and made accommodations at the Marina for us so we'd have a slip and a place to leave our boat. This is a great location to stay at because it's close to both the marina and the river which we found has a great little spot for the kids to play on the playground and to ride a train and have an ice cream. That was about the only kiddie friendly things to do though. Our kids did swim in the river swimming hole which was only about a 5 minute drive from this cabin. I would suggest to other parents to be aware that this cabin has steep steps which are open. It was a little exhausting keeping my 20 month old away from the steps. We had to get creative in keeping things in front of the stairs when not in use so that she was safe. I'd only let me 4 year old go up if someone was waiting at either end for her. The kitchen has the basic necessities which was helpful for cooking our meals and the bathroom has a full size washer and dryer which was so important for all the towels we went thru. All in all we really like this location, cabin and management company and I'm certain we will be back again. We had a few minor issues but they took care of them quickly and were very friendly and accommodating. read more
