DO NOT hire Elle Property Management Solutions Co. unless all you want from a property management…read morecompany is someone to collect your rent and transfer the money to your account. Based on my experience, I would not rely on them to regularly inspect or properly oversee your rental property. I had a horrible experience with my Chico rental. My tenants lived in the property for nine years, and based on the condition I found it in, I have serious concerns about whether the property was properly inspected during that time. The damage was extensive. Rodents had gotten into the house and destroyed parts of my property, including the ductwork, wiring, and cabinets. The mold in the bathroom was so extensive that I find it very difficult to understand how it could have gone unnoticed during an inspection. The overall condition of the house also showed a serious lack of basic cleaning and maintenance. I am an out-of-town owner and hired a property management company because I needed someone to look after my investment when I couldn't be there myself. Elle Property Management Solutions Co. did not do that for me. The condition of my property when the tenants left has cost me an enormous amount of money, time, and frustration. I expected property management to mean more than collecting rent. I expected regular oversight, inspections, and someone to alert me when serious problems were developing.

From the very beginning, Andy was very responsive and answered all of our questions and follow up requests. If there was something he did not immediately know, he was quick to find out, and get back to us with the information. He was very effective in closing our deal and getting it to the finish line. There were complexities that came up, but Andy and his wife Tara, handled them effectively and efficiently. Andy was very good about getting everyone up to speed on what was needed and expected of them, whether it was from our side or the buyer's side. This included nudging us a few times to make sure we completed all that was required of us, and I appreciated that effort. I would happily recommend Andy and the Ballou Company with anyone that has real estate needs in the area. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Andy and Tara!

In addition to the low buyer demand, we also had the unique situation of several things to fix combined with me being remote. Since I was not able to be at the property, I relied on Tara for advice on what needed to be done to ready the home for sale, for coordinating with contractors and for inspecting their work on site. She paid close attention to every detail of the house making it as perfect as can be. She even pointed out little things like missing trim in the kitchen as well as catching mistakes in documents like when I incorrectly claimed the home did not have single pane windows. She was a fantastic coordinator with our contractors, providing her own network of people to provide estimates and perform work as well as meeting them at the property to go over exactly what needed to be done. Even her husband came out to do some last minute fixes. At the end, Tara marketed and priced the home perfectly so we were able to obtain multiple offers after only one open house! Thank you Tara for all that you did. I cannot imagine a better person to work with nor a better outcome! Great job!

I appreciate all their help I will definitely be referring people to them.
