She started guiding us on how to prep our house for sale and began to show us what was on the market. Long story short, after Becky had worked so hard to get us what we wanted, we walked out on an offer at the last minute of contingency. She was so gracious and lovely about it! When we got ready (again) about a year after that, Becky was ready to help us again and NEVER said word one about how we had left her at the altar the last time. This time around we found a fixer-upper by the park immediately, and our realtor recommended several professionals to contribute to our remodel when it seemed that nobody was available. She got our large house sold, after much work and lowering of our expectations, paying for some of the buyer-requested repairs herself to get the deal done. Through all of this, her sunny personality and down to earth honesty kept us going when we needed a boost. Becky is still supporting us now, after we have owned our new house for three months! She knows just about everyone in this town. Thanks, Becky!

DO NOT hire Elle Property Management Solutions Co. unless all you want from a property management…read morecompany is someone to collect your rent and transfer the money to your account. Based on my experience, I would not rely on them to regularly inspect or properly oversee your rental property. I had a horrible experience with my Chico rental. My tenants lived in the property for nine years, and based on the condition I found it in, I have serious concerns about whether the property was properly inspected during that time. The damage was extensive. Rodents had gotten into the house and destroyed parts of my property, including the ductwork, wiring, and cabinets. The mold in the bathroom was so extensive that I find it very difficult to understand how it could have gone unnoticed during an inspection. The overall condition of the house also showed a serious lack of basic cleaning and maintenance. I am an out-of-town owner and hired a property management company because I needed someone to look after my investment when I couldn't be there myself. Elle Property Management Solutions Co. did not do that for me. The condition of my property when the tenants left has cost me an enormous amount of money, time, and frustration. I expected property management to mean more than collecting rent. I expected regular oversight, inspections, and someone to alert me when serious problems were developing.

Talk about going the extra mile. I guess Better Choice really is the better choice…read more My family and I recently purchased a property through Better Choice. From day one Megan Galantine was accessible, thorough, and a complete pleasure to work with. After the closing she was meeting me at the property to give me the keys. It is out in the country and my truck broke down on the way. I had no cell service in the area. She not only waited at the property for nearly an hour for me to show, but once I was able to call her from this little country store, she drove to where I was and insisted on waiting with me until help arrived. She even drove to where the cell service was better, found a tow service, called them, and then drove back to wait with me. Who does stuff like that these days? Thanks, Megan.
