If you are looking for a house or piece of land in the area and you see her name as the sellers agent...run....run away fast. I asked a few people in Paradise about her and none of them had anything good/nice to say. That is never a good sign. I guess she was great before the fire, but now she is just evil, horrible, and deceiving. Like I said, she plays games during the process and should not be trusted. From day one Megan Galantine was accessible, thorough, and a complete pleasure to work with. After the closing she was meeting me at the property to give me the keys. It is out in the country and my truck broke down on the way. I had no cell service in the area. She not only waited at the property for nearly an hour for me to show, but once I was able to call her from this little country store, she drove to where I was and insisted on waiting with me until help arrived. It was nice because they allowed a cat. I was considering moving back in there but with the reviews I'm kinda scared off. Sorry most are having negative issues. The apartments were really big, and the closet space! Even tho only 1 bathroom, that was perfectly fine. But there's only 2 of us. I just really miss my clean spacious apartment there with all the amenities. Its been quite a long time ago, tho. Seemed they were quick to fix issues as well.

Maintenance is ignored--some roofs have even collapsed due to ongoing leaks that were never fixed, making it miserable when it rains. Safety is also a major concern. They rent to anyone without regard for tenant safety. Gunshots can be heard at night, and police are frequently on the property. The owner, Chris, only cares about collecting rent. When you move out, they fabricate charges to keep your security deposit and refuse to provide an itemized statement showing what you supposedly owe, which is required. Do not rent here. This place is unsafe, poorly maintained, and dishonest.
