It is out in the country and my truck broke down on the way. I had no cell service in the area. She not only waited at the property for nearly an hour for me to show, but once I was able to call her from this little country store, she drove to where I was and insisted on waiting with me until help arrived. The apartments were really big, and the closet space! Even tho only 1 bathroom, that was perfectly fine. But there's only 2 of us. I just really miss my clean spacious apartment there with all the amenities. Its been quite a long time ago, tho. Seemed they were quick to fix issues as well.

Maintenance is ignored--some roofs have even collapsed due to ongoing leaks that were never fixed, making it miserable when it rains. Safety is also a major concern. They rent to anyone without regard for tenant safety. Gunshots can be heard at night, and police are frequently on the property. The owner, Chris, only cares about collecting rent. When you move out, they fabricate charges to keep your security deposit and refuse to provide an itemized statement showing what you supposedly owe, which is required. Do not rent here. This place is unsafe, poorly maintained, and dishonest.
