Terrible customer service where i felt i was racially profiled. Here is the situation, Monday Evening around 7PM, old dude working. I was in line, 2nd, waiting for his help. Front of line was a couple, husband and wife missing items so husband went to get it. The wife told me I can go first since im getting lottery, i had lotto tickets out. Dude toke the ticket from me, scanned it, and told me i had 3$ in winning. He proceeded to give me the cash and i said oh no i want to get more tickets. At the same time, the husband came back and he became so rude and DIRECTLY went to saying "I FAVORED YOU BY TAKING YOUR TICKET FIRST" in a very condescending tone like I was trying to skip the line and he was doing me a big favor. I told him no, she told me go ahead and that why i gave you the ticket, you're not doing me any favor. He proceeded to raise his voice and tell me to get out immediately. This station is a joke and they employ people who don't have an understanding of things. I came in there for a lottery ticket and I wanted the plier which then would cost another dollar. The lady with long black hair couldn't explain how it needed to be filled out. So I fill it out and give it to her and she runs it through the machine . I ask her why it didn't register the plier and she said oh you need to check yes. I said well why didn't you tell me this . She said I did and you didn't under stand . She kept saying this which infuriated me. I think she thought I was a teenager who didn't know any better but I actually am in my 40s with my own practice. So I told her politely that I understand very well and I'm very educated. When I told her this, then her attitude changed and she simmered down because if she tried to belittle me again, I was going to let her have it. Needless to say I ended up buying the ticket that she messed up on. Train your cashiers better! read more

Excellent location that we are regular customers of. They offer great low prices on gas and they are where my love-affair with chicles gum really flourished! I remember going to the little Mexican market and getting that very same gum as a child so when I first noticed this Timewise had a small jug filled by the cash register my heart was full and I always grab a few of I am getting gas. My kids are just like me as a kid and passing along those same memories means the world. Great people, amazing customer service and always friendly smiling faces! read more

Avoid going at night time when this below pictured employee (Adam) is working . He got really bad temperament towards customers . Last night I tried to purchase some boxes of cigars and he refused me saying he has to sell to others so I asked him to sell me whatever he will and also that's the first time I was told that as I have bought before from other employees at that store . Then he told me to stand behind all the way and very sarcastically said if I practiced social distance on which I told him I do probably more then him as I myself have a business and tell all the people that on which he just told me to leave the store and he doesn't want to sell me anything . Well we all know inflation has hit us all but this place is taking advantage of our wallets. Coffee refill went from $1.09 to $1.27, a cold beverage went from $1.39 to $2.15. I visit Katy once a year and never forget to visit this Timewise store. The associates are super friendly and on top the Tornadoes and Hot Dogs are by far the number 1 griller in town. I spend on average $10 everyday on the tornadoes and hot dogs here during my stay and that wont change next time as well. Highly recommend to try the new on the menu meatball subs too.
