On another occasion, I went in for a COVID test, and they said, "It's $70, and you need an appointment--just buy the at-home test instead." Frankly, I don't think it's their place to push me toward another option. Lazy. In contrast, HEB's pharmacy may be smaller and have longer lines, but their customer service is outstanding. They're attentive and genuinely helpful, which makes all the difference.
