The response I received was that it was raining "here" and that was why they were waiting. No location, no updated arrival time, and no communication before the appointment time. The issue wasn't the weather. The issue was the lack of communication. A mobile car wash business deals with weather every day. A simple message before the scheduled appointment time would have avoided wasting a potential future lifelong customer's time as this was our first appointment. After I explained that my concern was the lack of communication, I received an "understand" response, but no apology for the lack of notice or communication. As I'm writing this review almost two hours after the appointment time, it still has not rained at the service location. Communication matters.

I went there on a Sunday morning. They opened up at 9am, but I got there around 8:45am. I've passed by this place too many times to count and there were always packed! I told myself I wasn't going to be waiting for hours, so I wanted to be first! What do you know???! I sure wasn't the first one there!! Lol I was in second place. But my car still got done in a timely manner. I'd say about and hour. They first vacuum your car, then they hand wash it, and wipe down the inside. After they take it to another section where they shine your tires, and focus on the interior some more. I am so happy I gave this place a try. I paid $30 to wash my car and it was well worth it!!! I really appreciated the fact that they worked fast, but still payed close attention to detail. I am so over paying for my car to be washed and they rush, and don't do a good job! This is a car wash that will definitely keep getting my business. I highly recommend them!

My only…read moreregret was not stopping at the one in MS, but I really wanted stop in Biloxi and get to New Orleans. I had also just stopped in Alabama and spent a fair amount of time at that Buc-ee's location. Baytown Buc-ees was a stop I made at about 3:30pm on 6/10/26 and I knew I was going to battle Houston traffic to get to Austin! I was able to purchase some nuts and snacks here and the store was consistent with other stores in the chain-- tons of food, super clean restrooms, mesmerizing merch, and plenty of gas pumps. Along with my love of Buc-ee's, I also have a ton of perks at Starbucks and was pleased to see that there was a store next to Buc-ee's. I was able to get a cold brew and be on my way in 30min. Fastest Buc-ee's/Starbucks stop on my trip! I guess it possible to do a quick stop at Buc-ee's, but before I left I saw a manager and asked her if this was the first Buc-ees and she said in a polite TX voice, "No sir, we are store #34" She also let me know that the first store was in Clute, TX. Knowledgeable staff!! Since I live near the first Chipotle I was curious. I didn't get to visit the 1st Buc-ee's store or the first In and Out Burger on this trip but there will be more. :) I did visit the first KFC and museum in Corbin KY! lol

Well the place it mentions "extra charge" is in small fonts and not in a clear space, so that's a lie. Now, my vehicle is an 2019 X1 BMW that by no means qualifies as a large vehicle, and they still charged me for large vehicle, ridiculous! Very rude man by the way, needs to be taught some manners!! Then while my vehicle was being dried, the person drying it, tore my back windshield wiper, and I saw him do it, I was watching him! When I informed the manager, he said I did not know what I was talking about and refused to accept the damage, said to what ever I wanted and walked away!
