Worst car wash in a Baytown. (If zero stars were an option, I'd choose that.) The last time I came here was nine years ago, it was horrible then and still is now, I never returned because of awful service. I decided to give them another chance and stopped by today to get my car cleaned for the New Year. Figured must be new management after so long. The attendant at the front talked me into a VIP package, assuring me it included vacuuming, cleaning, and Armor All. After waiting over 40 minutes, I watched as my car was repeatedly skipped while other vehicles were finished. I eventually left with a dirty car, and a headache, and lost thirty something dollars! When I asked to speak with a manager and requested a refund for services not provided, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude and no attempt to resolve the issue. Staff initially spoke to each other about me in Spanish assuming I was white and wouldn't understand, and when I responded in Spanish, the tone shifted to being patronizing. So repulsive! I paid for a service that was never provided. So basically they stole my money. Hope they enjoy it! With so many car wash options in Baytown, I genuinely don't understand why anyone would choose this one. Save your time and your money. read more

I am updating my review. I believe the first review was when they were first starting out and were not yet organized. Now they have a price list and additional people staying. This time I stayed and was able to get my car cleaned, I paid extra because of dog hair - but my car was filthy on the inside. I have a golden retriever and had taken him to the beach, so it was full of sand and dog hair. It looked great when I returned to pick it up. read more

Rude customer service today. I have a hitch on the back of my truck that always stays on. It is a little long but have never had an issue with them. Show up today and they told me to take it off and that it wont go through. I told them I've done it 50 times with no issue and they told me no I haven't. First guy was telling me everything in Spanish and I couldnt understand him. I understand some people dont speak english, but if you are dealing with the customers then they need to speak english. He was having a full conversation with me fast like I should understand him. Very rude customer service. read more

Evidently not the the best crew. The people at the meet area provide the worst directions. It maybe a language thing. They hand you a receipt and expect you to know the way they do business. First time and last time I'll take anything there to be washed!!!! Service SUCKS I was told they would towel dry the car and armor all the tires. So we pulled out and everyone of the Mexicans standing there looked at us like what are you doing. I got out of the car and told them " they were supposed to dry the car and do the tires. One guy in broken English said no the car was done it was done inside" so I told him what about the armor all he said that too was already done. Well when we got home the tires were dry and there were spots all over the car that were missed by the car wash. So I called and got a recording left a voice message and no one returned my call... Been here over hour and a half. Finished most of the cars that came ion way after me. Not a happy customer. Won't come back.

So my wife was so excited to tell me she took the used car we just got to be detailed. She paid 110$ and waited for 3 hours, not being told how long it would take when they started. I went into the car to check it out and instantly started noticing the car was visibly wet everywhere. I took the seat covers off that they had put back on and you could see water still all over the seats. Completely soaked. I began lifting the rubber floor mats only to discover water was all over the bottom. The seats, the floor, completely wet. I now have all of the windows down because they are closed and i pray it dries before it starts to mildew. I reccomend you go somewhere else. I highly doubt they will acknowle this post and laugh at the thought of them sending a refund. 0 stars. read more

I go in with NO ding on my vehicle and the vehicle is pretty much brand new... I notice everything about my vehicle mind you (I mean ever single inch). When it came out there was a ding on it and when I said something to them they said that it was there already and that I know is a load of BS because I detail my own car and that's means inside and out (including cleaning and flushing the engine out). I am too anal when it comes to my ride. So yea I'm going to notice any little micro dent, scratch, dent, or ding in it. The dude wanted to call me a liar to my face and get an attitude about it and says; "that they look over every little detail of ALL vehicles that come in. First of all you don't threaten someone that you DON'T know because they could know someone bigger and badder than you. Secondly; if I want to get word out about how bad your business is, how bad you treat your customers (whom are the ones that keep your shady business going)... It's my legal right to and my right to look after people to warn them to spend THEIR hard earned money elsewhere or do it themselves. I have been to Hallmark a few times only because of coupons. You drive up and an attendant takes your order on what you want done. The car wash seems to be crowded at all times of the day because i have tried to come at a time when I felt there may have been not as much traffic. I bought the full service wash with vacuum and deodorizer (leather). The wash itself is decent and gets the job done. Upon exiting the drying process your car is pulled up to the front where an attendant dries your car more and semi detail cleans the interior. I did realize that my mats somehow broke the hook on my driver's side carpet. I wasn't too happy about this but what are they going to do nothing probably so I didn't even bother mentioning it. As I pointed out earlier I only pay the discounted price with a coupon and would never pay full price at this place. read more

This is a great place to get a carwash. They have a ton of specials daily and then they do extras such as today for a limited time 30.00 wax and complete armor all. The staff is honest I have never had anything stolen from my car in the 9 years I have been coming here! I always get the manager special unless there is a limited special going on! I was offered a "Manager's Special" to add a hand wax for $13.00. When I asked how long it would take the greeter responded 40-45 minutes. TOTAL. Fast forward one-and-a-half hours later and still no joy. I asked to speak to a manager and wait ten more minutes. No apology, no explanation. He walked me back to the service area and we wait another ten. The result? Armor-All on my cloth seats, residue on the exterior of my rear glass that scratched off with a thumbnail, leftover adhesive residue on the interior of the windshield they didn't bother to clean from an inspection sticker I just removed. Lint and glitter (that was a surprise) on the interior upholstery. And they Armor-Alled my plastic floor mats ... literally pools of it in both the driver and passenger footwells. Why is that a concern? When your sneakers keep slipping off the gas and brake pedals in traffic you'll understand. My Jeep looks superficially good but they missed way too many details in nearly two hours for that to happen. Coupled with seriously subpar customer service and it stands to reason that there won't be a second chance. read more

I took my car there, paid $33 for a wash, and when I went out to get my car, the front right corner had obviously been run into something. The fog light was broken, with the glass inside the canister. And, a bit of glass was cracked and still hanging onto the rim. They said that the car was like that when I brought it in. I asked for a damage report, which the manager refused to write. I spoke to the owner the next day. Same crappy story. So, if you take your car their, expect mediocre service. Customer service was crappy today. Besides the girl greeting me when I got there I had to greet her. She didn't provide information over the services they offer, I had to tell her what I wanted. Also, the didn't do a very good job cleaning my car; the carpets weren't vacuumed all the way and it wasn't even washed completely. They usually do an amazing job on the chepear services but the one day I spent more, my car didn't look as good. read more

First and last time here. 2 stars for the outside cleaned. Definitely not the friendliest place.. I told them I've never been here and i described what I was needing. My main concern was the car being vacuumed and everything wiped down inside, all nooks and crannies and in between the seats as I have a road trip coming up with four people in my car. They kept talking about armor all both inside and out and I kept saying that armpit all tires was not my concern mostly inside. I bought the more expensive package that included everything inside and outside. He said if it's not vacuumed enough, I can just go back around afterwards. So I waited, an hour later get my car and I had to ask for a rag to finish wiping down my car. There was still trash and debris in the side pockets of my car, In between my seats still had everything and was not touched or vacuumed, the seats them selves still had stuff in them where I had to just wipe it off myself. I lifted up my floor mats and that had not been vacuumed at all either. The only thing that looks like they did was armor all the dashboard and floor mats. My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was loaded on the conveyor belt by a carwash employee and left running and in gear while being washed. At the end of the car wash tunnel, my driverless SUV ran and rear-ended another customer's truck. The Carwash company did not report the accident to its insurance until 25 days after the accident; the repairs to my truck exceeded $9,000. It's a beautiful day and an awesome day for a Carwash but do NOT go here! The past two experiences here have been horrible! We took our Mercedes here and the front grill was broken off of the car. The service took forever but I thought maybe I'll give them another shot. So I took my Jeep there the following week. Took my brand new black car for quick wash...when Hallmark turned the car bk over to me, it had a huge long scratch down the side. They tried to blame it on me, saying that the scratch was there when I brought it in. I explained it's a brand new car, in perfect condition, still with paper plates!! After arguing with them, they were able to buff the scratch but refused to return my money for the car wash. They said the shampoo vacuum machine broke down. And no one decided to let me know. Then I went to the restroom and look at the mess. My husband took my vehicle in on 8/17/19 for a full detail which cost around 30.00, he was there for at least an hour due to workers passing my vehicle and other white and black people's vehicle's up to complete Hispanic's vehicles who had gotten there 30 minutes after he and the others. Our vehicles were pulled to the right of the main entrance all while they pulled the Hispanic's in the middle in front of building... I call this being biased against the white and black race, which is totally wrong! I usually don't wash my truck while working projects due to the extreme dust and mud in construction. I took my truck in today after not being washed since November for a detail. This is something that takes a while. After 2 and a half hours, I didn't recognize my own truck. The men and women at Hallmark did a great job cleaning and buffing a new shine that I haven't seen in quite a long time. I would recommend this company and I will use them after my next project. Absolute last time I will ever go back to Hallmark Car Wash in Baytown. I have been coming here for years but this last year their customer service and quality of work has went to Shit and the Owner don't seem to care. The place is under staffed and the employees have to rush vehicles thru to keep up and don't spend adequate time to ensure a clean vehicle. My wife arrived at Hallmark Car wash at 10:00 on Saturday with my 2015 F350 Truck it was not busy and spent $32.00 dollars on getting my truck washed, vacuumed inside wiped down on the inside and tires shined. After sitting and waiting for 11/2 hours they said the truck was ready. Immediately it was clear to her that they did a piss poor job. My wife not wanting to complain just left but after looking closer when she got home she realized they didn't do anything but spray it down. They did not vacuum, they smeared the windows with some greasy film from their oily rags, they didn't even wipe down the cup holders or doors and left some sticky mystery goo on the seats. She returned told the manager that she was unhappy and that this same thing was happening every time we come. He apologized and sent someone to redo it. After another 20 minutes she gets the truck back and again obvious dirty floor mats smears all over the windows and dash. armor all on the front glass. Outside the vehicle looked like a 5 year old washed it. They did not even armor all two of the tires. I could go on and on but my point is DONT GO HERE BUT IF YOU DO MAKE THEM GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND COMPLAIN WHEN THEY DONT. IF enough people start speaking out and not going back they will have to start delivering a quality job or close down. Every time I went I had to have them redo something. Last time I was with my husband we witnessed a man upset because their equipment ripped off a part of his trim on his car. We thought that maybe there must have been something wrong with his car in the first place and the staff acted like it was his fault. Yesterday, my daughter took her car in. There was nothing wrong with her car when it went in but when it came out the license plate was bent, the holder was broken, and there is a scratch on her car. She is a young new driver. She called her father and he called the shop. They immediately went on the defensive saying that her car had already been repainted and that it was like that. When he asked for the owners information, he was given the run around. But, we are not the people who take poor business practices like destroying customer property easy. I returned to pick up and had to drive it strait home in the rain. I called back to see if they issue some sort of raincheck or something. I give this place one star because my car is actually reasonably clean. However, I was quoted a one-one and a half hour wait, and it took over three hours. Staff couldn't care less. Got the manager involved; he offered no incentive for me to return, and wouldn't even apologize for wasting my time. Acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting them to stick reasonably close to their own time quote. Said, "maybe your car was just really dirty.".
