My family and I went to Times Square on. Sunday at 1130a, super excited that they serve breakfast until 1pm! Party of four, sat immediately, three of us ordered breakfast, one French toast; amazing, one biscuits and gravy; ate it all-but my mother in law is a nit picker, but her plate was clean! I had the same pancakes-everyone tasted my food, it was delicious. My husband had a pasta dish and he loved it. We will certainly be back, I want all of my pancakes next time! My husband can't wait to try the seafood dishes! There aren't many breakfast spots around us, one is great and always busy so this is a pleasant neighborhood pop up for sure! read more

Thought it'd be a good idea to come here for a date... Was welcomed with immediate seating and then a 20 minute wait of looking around for our server. Finally after placing our order the food came out quickly and the noodles were subpar second to making them for the first time( no flavor ) then took forever for our service after that was another 40 minutes of receiving food until receiving our check. Medium food, TERRIBLE SERVICE. worst thing is i think the manager/owner was in house. would give 0 stars read more

First, I drove past this location cause there's only vinyl signs hanging outside. Second, there's no kids menu but don't worry there's fries. Also, don't bring your small picky eaters anything from outside, cause it's not allowed. Will not be back. read more

Took a while to get our food but was some of the best food we had in the area. Good chicken wings- we got both the buffalo and bbq. Margarita pizza isn't a true one but great flavor and also got a cheese. Didn't have size guides up on the wall so got a bit too much food for the group but overall pretty decent. read more

I went to this restaurant for lunch today... I ordered lasagna... They stack to five very thin noodles on each end of a medium sized oval bowl and poured very bitter marinara with meat over the top they added a little bit of cheese very little and cooked it in a salamander... My lasagna was not heated through my lasagna didn't have nearly enough noodles in it. There was no meat sauce in between the noodles the sauce left a bitter aftertaste in my mouth... Now let's talk about the garlic bread... The garlic bread was barely warm it was not toasted at all and they took one slice of garlic bread. That was about 8 inches long and 2 inches wide. They sliced it in half and that's what they gave us for two orders of lasagna. I will not be back to this restaurant there were two ladies sitting behind me. It was also their first time at this restaurant they ordered different items that I did and they had the same conclusion. They said it tasted like crap and they would not be back and they asked me if I knew where to get good Italian food in Phoenix. I recommended they go to Giuseppe's. read more

Saw that this place had good reviews, and it's close, so I thought we'd try it on Mother's Day. Worst decision ever, because the service is probably one of the worst I've ever seen, and I'm almost 50. Food was average, but about what I expected from a neighborhood joint. First impression was a very bored, very tuned out young man who appeared - very slowly - to show us to our seats. No real greeting whatsoever except to ask how many. Maybe a mumble or a grunt, but that's it. A full 20 minutes after we were seated, the waitress appeared. We didn't see much of her after that, although it was fairly busy. She was actually the least of our problems. Once the check arrived, we left our card on the table, as you do. No one came. We waited, and waited and waited some more. Finally my husband went up to the register. I watched, appalled, as employee after employee after employee walked right past him, zombielike, with zero acknowledgment or assistance, many of them two or three times. Both of us have worked in multiple restaurants (not fast food), and if either of us did that, we'd have been fired. It doesn't matter if register "isn't your job;" acknowledge the customer and find someone that CAN help. It was if he was invisible. The manager/owner was nowhere to be found. I'm so disappointed and angry that we wasted so much time and money here, especially with the price of eating out right now. We will not be returning, or recommending. read more

My husbamd and I went to this restaurant on 5-12-23 @ 900pm. The restaurant was not full. There were maybe 5 or 6 tables with customers in various stages of their meals. We entered the restaurant and stood near the sign that said to wait to be seated. There were about 6 staff members talking and no one acknowledged us. I finally waved at a man wearing white shirt and slacks who was talking to the staff. He waved back and continued talking to staff. After about 2 minutes we were seated by the man in the white shirt and slacks. He brought menus and water. We had time to read the menu and hear that the staff was awaiting a group of 24. We were hoping to get our order in before the group of 24 arrived. This was not to be as no one came to take our order. We finally just left without ordering. We will never go back. read more

Well , first of all I am a fan of Times Square, We have been to Deer Valley location several times thru the years. The food is very good!! Well, they just opened in Glendale. This would have been are second visit, family of three. It was Saturday around 430-500pm. It was busy, but we didn't see any waitresses serving any food. They had vacant tables with reserved signs on them. Not to mention, the crowd that was waiting to be seated. Oh, by the way, they don't have any seating for customers to use while waiting. Honestly, first come, first served would work better for you. And they wouldn't accommodate a party of 3 if a table was vacant, so parties of two would be seated as they came in. This isn't acceptable.. we left, and went somewhere else. I understand this is a new establishment, but you need to hear it from your patrons, no patrons no business. read more

We were in Glendale today and went here for lunch on a recommendation from a friend. It is nicely decorated and looked and felt very clean. There was a decent crowd and I was optimistic when they had lunch specials that included a salad and a beverage. I ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce and my husband ordered the meatball sandwich. The iced tea and caesar salad were great. My husband said the meatballs had no flavor. The meat sauce on my spaghetti looked and tasted like it came out of a can....not a jar of good marinara sauce, but a can of Hunts or Del Monte. We may try the Deer Valley location for breakfast but we certainly won't drive to Glendale to this location again! read more

Had never been here before and stopped in for lunch. The service was slowwwww. Like wow. It took 10 mins just to get a drink order in. Our food was pretty good, but one of our parties' food was messed up & had to be completely remade but took 20 additional minutes to come out, which by the time it came out, the rest of us were all done!
